Gah! Emma and Regina talk about real, meaningful, deep things together, they put each other first and always gravitate towards each other when they sense the other needs help. Their story was messy in the beginning, but then became something beautiful. They share things that nobody else in the show sees, little moments like these just go to show that they have deep rooted love for each other, whether it went in a romantic direction or not, they share true love ❤️

Have you ever seen on a DVD a special feature called the "Director's cut"? That is the film version with all the scenes before they were removed for time. It is very common to remove parts of episodic tv in order to fit the network and commercial schedule. usually the scenes that get removed are ones that are not needed to push the story forward. You see Regina at Daniel's grave later on. How they got there isn't relevant whereas another scene may have been relevent in order to explain the plot.
I liked this scene. It was a nice bonding moment for Emma and Regina (I don't ship them; unfortunately I don't see the romantic chemistry that a lot of people see but to each their own) and I'm glad that Emma talked about her encounter with Neal.
This scene would've been nice to see in the actual series, actually give some character development for Emma and Regina... Instead they cut it out and just keep all the parts where the action happens and actually made season 5 horribly boring (and shallow)
