    I get that they may not have liked Mr. T and the rest of the celebs that were included in Wrestlemania. But it brought an audience around that normally would not be there, which equals bigger pay days for all of them.

      I literally wrote that just now. Mr T helped make the business and they benefitted, they had nothing to lose, all three were shortsighted but Orton was generally more causal, here he is putting on which is really lame.

      @Greg L That is ridiculous and wrestling has always been ridiculous, Gorgeous George was ridiculous and many other characters. Even the likes of SSBG was over the top and ridiculous, George the Animal Steele....so many

    • @1980Triumph
      @1980Triumph 3 роки тому

      @Greg L Everything and everybody has their limits but on its face professional wrestling is ridiculous. Granted even I had my limits but Lauper only accompanied people to the ring and was slightly involved with the drama and you're crying like a chick. There are far worse things in the history of professional wrestling than the 85-86 era of WWF. The action was all the same and the drama even better, Lauper and T didn't do much outside of adding to already existing feuds. You are acting as shortsighted as Paul and Bob here whose places in history are cemented ONLY because of the WWF at this time, no one cares about either one of their careers before or after this...ZERO

      Wrestlemania was the result of the Rock n Wrestling promotion that basically made the WWE into the juggernaut it is today. The big winners were Vince McMahon and Hulk Hogan.

    I agree with what was said. I understand you don't want outsiders involved in your craft but those outsiders brought a lot of audience which in turn brought individuals a lot of money. I hear stories of how people were upset in terms of how Mr T got treated. That he got treated like royalty and the losers of his matches what kind of cast aside. You can't get upset and Mr T for that. If anyone was to blame for that it was Vince McMahon. Besides you can't bring Hollywood a-listers in and expect that they're not going to get treated like royalty. WrestleMania is the Pinnacle of main events. If you didn't bring in celebrities and rockstars it would just be another Saturday night's main event. Honestly I think that anyone that has the right to complain is the jobbers. Look what Monday night raw did to the jobbers it eliminated them. They were being paid to get the crap kicked out of them and push a main event and their money was completely taken from them. My condolences go out to SD special delivery Jones, Johnny rods, and Berry Horowitz

    I don't appreciate Orton's fake attitude here. Mr T was nice to all the wrestlers and especially their children, also this notion that Roddy, Orton or Paul could take Mr T is ridiculous. Mr T wrestled in high school and was a big time bouncer, he also did some boxing. Muhammad Ali used Mr T as a bodyguard. Orton was always respectful but seems to be putting on because Paul with his crap attitude was there. We will never know who could win in a fight but those three dudes were assholes completely, Mr T made them all a lot of money and help put WWF and wrestling on the mat, all three were blind, arrogant and stupid to everything and really just wanted to show off. All three are punks, Roddy and Paul in particular.

    • @1980Triumph
      @1980Triumph 3 роки тому +4

      @Frank Burjan 0 - How though? Mr T didn't go there to really fight, wrestling is fake and he played his part. They are positioning a moot point...Mr T never acted or did anything to present that he was going to shoot on them, act tough, bully or be rough....they are just idiots who was all roided up and looking for issues where there weren't any. They were and continue to be short sighted. Think about it, they always say Mr T was nice and decent, so where did their attitudes come from?...just being jerks ready for nothing

    • @KJ-tz7vc
      @KJ-tz7vc 3 роки тому +2
