The video missed out one step for the Ma Po Tofu which was either the stock or water and from the jug portion it looked like around 300ml of liquid so if you are trying this recipe out don't forget this. I have tried this recipe already and it is delicious and I added stock.

明白為何Ricky師父,最愛這主題,他煮的龍蝦伊麵,Jacky 師父顯出的驚艷,非常真實,不是對白或演出來的,現場人士十分有口福。Jacky師父的麻婆豆腐,不必說明都知道是正中,因為色澤和展現(presentation)都有別於香港常見的麻婆豆腐,我懷疑這是高級版的麻婆豆腐,而四成都見的,似乎比較平實。不過經Jacky 手所出,不可能平淡,必定瑰麗堂皇!感謝兩位師傅,會天天捧場,跟兩位大師學習,做個線下門徒。

如果啲伊麵加此蒜泥及加些豆辧醬炒香去,再加龍蝦湯才最好,冇炒過伊麵,等同食魚蛋粉加腩汁分別不大,。

我跟住ricky既方法整 同以前整開既幾種方法都唔同 出黎既反應個個都同jacky一樣 ,呢個係最屈機既version 龍蝦第一次變配角
个人口味,其实肉类除佐加🐷,🐮,都可以加入🐔或者海鲜类,而且上碟前后个面加入炒过的花椒磨粉会更加麻,口味不一样
喜歡兩位大廚,不一樣的風格

不斷話正宗......根本就冇正宗........成都當地人夠話麻婆豆腐上碟之後要灑一層花椒粉先係正宗.......而事實係.......一百個人煮就有一百款麻婆豆腐........除非陳麻婆再生.......否則麻婆豆腐又何來正宗呢.............................
用了味精、鳮粉就变成正宗了!
