我超級鍾意食沙爹,今日睇完你既片即刻煮咗一大煲,個味道偏向似係食串燒嗰種沙嗲,可能我花生醬落多咗,下次我再調整沙嗲醬落多啲花生醬落返少啲咁基本上就正曬,呢個純粹係個人口味問題,但基本上呢個食譜非常簡單易做而且絕對係零失敗,多謝教導
此醬汁用途極其廣泛! 搭配其他蛋白質, 蝦、雞、羊、魚蛋, 或蔬菜蘑菇、蔬菜蘑菇做的偽麵條等等,很棒呢😍
這款酒的顏色很靚,深寶石紅,略帶梅子的紫色 🍷🍷🍷
感謝魔法廚房的提示🎉:麵粉是油溶性,可以吸水但不溶於水。牛肉吸收足了水份才加油攪勻。
銀針粉可能再度復興。 我附近的🇨🇦麵店也有新鮮的銀針粉, 可以買回家做料理, 以前不察覺有。
