    I was hoping you would explain how much exercise you do daily? How long do you spend at the gym? I go to the gym curves five times a week do something in the evening, such as UA-cam walking, Jane Fonda aerobics or UA-cam step workouts. I also work in childcare so I normally get in around 1500 steps a day. Is this enough exercise?

      Not a pro but my guess is you would do well to add in some resistance training (and can prob cut back on cardio more than you think!)

    Hi Autumn. I'm in the re-watch group. I was just wondering what you would recommend for exercise for postoperative period and the surgeon does not really mention any time frame for restrictions.

    I'm curious what you think about the DASH diet? My doctor is trying to put me on that for BP, and I am appalled at how low protein, high carb it is.

    Is it true that the SMM (skeletal muscle mass) number from an InBody scan doesn’t include your legs? I just got told this and was shocked as my legs are where I’m trying to gain muscle and lose fat. I’d love to know 🙏

      @@rick330 i think in a different live or upload age mentioned them being extremely expensive. But if that doesn't matter for you then I think it was called the in body.

    Just a bit of caution - Inbody is dangerous for people with pacemakers! Talk to your doctor first.
