Ah yes. I remember when I was a 35" waist. Not any more though! Mind you, I got good use of of the "expansion holes" in my belts on the way to where I am now.

For us "older" craftsman with decreasing hand strength or arthritis, are there any tips, tricks, devices that can we use on our stamping tools? BTW great program, I watch as many as I can, get great ideas and tips. Thanks

Chuck, great information as always. Unfortunately you missed a great opportunity to suggest using a Poundo Board. Especially when using an expensive Round Knife. Best regards, Richard

Don't you have to account for the different sized buckles? If they use the sizing belt with that particular buckle, then they pick out a fancy buckle that may be longer, won't that affect the size?

It shouldn't. The bend back of the belt will still fall on the heel or center bar of the buckle no matter how large the buckle is. Hope that makes sense!

When l had a shop l always made sure to know what buckle would be used on the belt. Some trophy buckles had quite a reach!

Hello. I made a belt a few yrs ago. Tooled it with letters near end. I got letters upside down 5 times. What do you do errors?
