GFF3 File Format | Clearly Explained

“General Feature Format (GFF) is a tab-delimited text file that holds information any and every feature that can be applied to a nucleic acid or protein sequence. Everything from CDS, microRNAs, binding domains, ORFs, and more can be handled by this format.

thank you ! I have a question though. Is GFF or FNA file from Prokka suitable to use as input in antiSMASH ? if so, how to avoid having the clusters sepearated by contig in the output. Thank you once again
