How to find the GFF GTF file and sequence data of different organisms from NCBI

Video for animal science, entomologist or Plant scientist wo unable to get their data like GFF GTF or genomic from any source. We will try to find the GFF GTF files from NCBI of those organisms including Animals, Insect, Bacteria, Viruses or Plant species who’s data is not available in Phytozome. This video is valuable for animal field related or insect field related like entomologist researchers who want to find the GFF or other sequence data of their respective animal or insects or those plant species which are not available in Phytozome.

Practically there is little difference besides formatting, GFF is the more up-to-date file standard.

the genome that i want to use is gallusgallus4 and i need its GFF file but its data is removed (except for fasta & sequence report) from NCBI. So is there any alternative that you can suggest? please help

You can search in different search engine by giving key words like GFF file of gallus gallus, gallusgallus database etc. if any database contains the file, the link will appear in the search engine. try it. best of luck. Thanks
