Hey everyone! Starting next Wednesday (October 4th), all future Hidden Stories will be migrating to a new, separate channel for clarity and simplicity. All of the current stories will still remain up on this channel, but all new videos moving forward will be posted on the new "Hidden Stories" UA-cam channel here: www.youtube.com/@hiddenstoriesYT. If you want to continue keeping up with the weekly stories and my Hidden Stories series, subscribe to this new channel ✌
Thank you. You are a very good storyteller.
“He says he only lives for his children, and for his cat” bro did his wife dirty 💀
Ikr, I was searching for this comment 😭😭😭
Yeah i wondered why no wife 😭😭😭
Lol Fr tho 😂 I was thinking the same
She probably came to her senses and was in the process of divorcing him.
Same
Probably one of my favorite Hidden Storys yet. You're ridiculously talented, Andy.
I Agree. Thanks Soooooo Very Much Andy! ❤❤❤
Fr
Tots agree
this guy was that evil family c karma
I'm so proud of you and how you have grown your channel with unique, interesting, and surprising stories. You are a natural born storyteller with a great voice as your instrument.
I know about this story but im still gonna stay because of Andy's amazing story telling abilities
haha thanks for sticking around!!
@Andy Jiang this sounds strangely like the 2nd orphan movie
It's most definitely tragic
That the emotional abuses of his mother desensitized him of empathy and created such a desperation for unconditional acceptance
That it never dawned on him pretending to be someone's precious missing baby, wa s the cruelest lie he could ever tell
It magnitude of the pain he was causing to these families didn't even resonate with him
In a way he was" desperately" trying to attain affection and acceptance
And i dunno if you can even blame his mom at 18 for not having the maternal instinct to embrace him...or if you can blame his grandparents for raising such a reckless heartless daughter
But whatever it was, it was definitely a domino affect that negatively affected sooo many lives for soo many years to come😮💨
yeah
His mom’s lack of empathy or maternal instincts was passed genetically to him. Pray to god he did not pass that lack to any of his children
Frederic story sounds exactly like changelings from Scottish and Irish folklore, the parallels between them are amazing. I also Don’t think Frederic is lying about his suspicions to what actually happened to Nicholas as a guy who has been lying his whole life basically he would be the most likely to see through the lies of others.
This story always baffles me. How bizarre though. I hope one day we'll find out the real truth.
Andy, you have the perfect voice for telling these stories and you do a great job telling them. Thank you for what you do.
I seriously dislike advertisement and sponsorships but it sure is difficult to not listen to a good story! Great strategy you had for telling about Manscaped!
I think Eugene's pet Rhinoceros is my favourite part of the story 🦏
Eugenes rhinoceros was the best story.
Oh.. Any Jiang, you have gone so far in quality.. keep it up!
Thank you so much for sharing these stories Andy! These are honestly some of the things so look forward to the most each week and each story is just as captivating as the last. Thank you, and keep up the great work! I hope these stories start getting the recognition they deserve because it’s clear how much work you put into these videos! 😄
ahhh thank you so much for these awesome words! it really means a lot
@@andyyjiang I meant every word, and thank you so much for your reply! It made my day!
I am still really amazed how you know many interesting stories, Andy.. it also makes me wonder.. how do you pick the story for the longer video?😊
You are the absolute CONSUMATE storyteller Andy!!!!😊
Your storytelling is breathtaking. You should do more personal stories about yourself. Nonetheless excellent work Andy, we love to see it
Lila Rossi but irl
No but seriously I feel so bad for the dude. What he did was horrible because in a way he's giving false hope to the families of the people he stole the identities of, but he never did anything malicious to anyone. He only wanted to be in a family, to experience what it's like to be loved and cared for, and he felt the only way for him to do that is to assume the identity of someone else. Also that twist at the end?? I feel like I want to believe what he said about the family because it kinda makes sense in a way? The fact that they denied the request of authorities to verify his real identity, I mean sure you could say the reason why they did that is because they didn't want to be separated from their "loved one" again but come on, would they really choose to keep a guy who could potentially be a dangerous criminal than find out the truth with the help of authorities? He was right to be suspicious of the family and I just hope one day we'd be able to figure out what happened to the real kid that went missing. This was a very interesting story indeed.
I love the way you tell your stories Andy, 😁. You "talk" with your hands, you're SO expressive! I've been watching your 'shorts videos', but now I've subscribed, 😊.
Wow! What a truly chilling story. Thank you for your complete report and exciting video. You are one of the few who deserve the large number of subscribers. ❤
Absolutely LOVING the longer content, my friend!! You are so very talented at telling these stories and your enthusiasm for it is such a refreshing thing to see. It's a wonderful change from all the dark, sad, totally evil tales that are so prevalent right now. Even this one that's a little on the darker side, you told the story with the same enthusiasm and genuine disbelieving "you'll never believe the story I just heard," type of feeling. I'm really enjoying your videos! ❤😊😊❤
Finally found your full stories! Thank you so much for these very interesting stories!
Keep up the great work Andy! I also love the logo for the series.
Great story Andy! I can't wait for next weeks.
this story creeped me out so much, but you did a great job at telling it!
Dude that sponsorship segment was beautiful 😆
This was such an interesting and well told Story! Your best one yet!
Wow. What a great story Andy. Thanks.
I love all your stories, you are a fantastic presenter. This, however, is probably the most interesting I've watched so far.
Bravo 👏🏾 Great storytelling!
I had no idea that you had made this video so recently, I absolutely loved the video, and it was very entertaining!!!! Good luck!
Huh I'm guessing the movie orphan I think was the name was based on this story, it's about a crazy lady with a genetic disorder that keeps her from aging so she looks like a kid, she escaped an assylum and posed as a missing girl, she fell in love with the dad and the mother was wary of her not being their daughter, it's later revealed that she knew all along she wasn't their daughter because the older brother had killed her by accident and the mother covered it up, then the mother wanted the imposter to keep playing as their daughter because it made the father act like himself again
Great video man keep uploading these, I don’t know how these videos don’t have more views.
I believe Fredrick. The family knew that if they were found out that they could be sent to prison. This they openly accepted someone who looked like there son.
Wait Whats His Full Name?
You really deserve more recognition for your work, great video.
Amazing story! 👍🏼👍🏼
I’m so happy Frederic made a good life for himself! And makes too much sense about the missing TX boy to not be true 😢
Since its pretty obvious the Barclays did away with their kid, I wonder how they felt when they got the phone call Nicholas is found? They mustve been frantic!
"He could be any one of us. He could be in this very room! He could be you! He could be me! He could even be-"
I've seen the movie, and for what it's worth, it's impressive how much you can make me sympathise with an identity thief.
These videos are so underrated, definitely deserve more views!
Yet again I think that Andy deserves his own show
So interesting! You really are a true storyteller 😊 This story is truly an unsolved mystery. I didn’t think it would end where the family had something to do with the boyˋs disappearance.
Very nice and satisfying. Restores my faith in humanity 😊
wow your storytelling has really improved! Great story Andy!
Keep up the great work Andy! Don't forget me whenever these stories blow up lol
Always enjoy watching you
Didn't even realize today was Wednesday!! So excited for this video 😃😄
I read about this in a magazine like 20+ years ago. They didn't say that the family was suspected of killing the boy.
Just wanted to say I think you are one of the few UA-camrs who can actually keep me engaged for a full 30 minute video thanks to your AMAZING story telling abilities! Keep up the great work :)
😂😂 that commercial!!!! Andy you are hilarious!!!😅
Makes me so happy when I'm scrolling through UA-cam shorts and you say "this a trailer for my newest episode that's out right now" keep up the great work bro.
The ad in the middle is hilarious and Andy did a good job not too get to much into it lol 😂
here we have the only person on earth that somehow even manages to make ads interesting, and some thing I want to watch😂😂THANK YOUU
I know that these videos aren’t that popular but they are so good please keeping making more
This was intense! And you have done a wonderful job of telling it! That add was hilarious.
chills running down my spine rn
Just clicked but i know story is gonna be fire just like every one so far, keep it up🔥💪💪💪
Hidden stories is my new favourite podcast
The commercial 😂😂😂😂subliminal way of telling for what is used for😂😊😊😊That is really sad about the real boy's dissappearance, but yeah, that family is very suspicious the way they behaved. RIP
wild. This is an awesome channel.
I’ve heard this story before but you added a lot of family details that I hadn’t heard. It’s crazy that some family’s are so desperate to get their missing member back they would take in an imposter. Not sure I believe his siblings actually killed their brother.
And that rhino story was just as chilling lol
The “rhinoceros crap” sponsorship was out of pocket 😂😂
I know right 😂😂😂 like why isn’t anyone talking about it
I legit didn't know he had full length videos. This did not disappoint
oh my god this story is so good, so many unexpected crazy twists
The best youtube video ive seen in a while, deserves more views
I can’t imagine how much research this takes
Probably the best sponsor segment ever
You're an Awesome storyteller! 🐞
That's crazy if he wan turn himself into various psychopaths
RIP Nicholas Barclay
I just wanna support your long form videos 💛
I love your videos Andy❤
Great content
Such a chilling end!
That plot twist… it gave me chills
This story is insane!!
Another crazy story that nobody probably knows! This story is really interesting of how lying can even do these things.
Loved the rihno story
Yep, when I was a kid I tried something way smaller scale, and it's a big mistake, lies destroy any trust and freaks out people; love is found through truth; but shows how sad is this World that won't accept a kid just 'coz he needs love and shelter. Although he had what it takes to be an actor as a profession.
But, I think he discovered what happened to the kid, fake expert knows when someone is being fake and investigates why; poor kid, RIP.
I wonder why the FBI isn't investigating the family
The way you have presented a commercial as a story is hilarious. 😂😂
There is any one else here thrilled by The Manscape Lawn Mover 4.0. Or was only me ? After this video I am going to Best Buy to get me one I never thought that some one could ended up in ER just for not having one. Thank you I really like your videos ✅✅✅
Nice ad concept!
This is the craziest story I’ve ever heard in my life
I recon the family were lying about the missing son
Yay
Well told! (As usual)
Andy deserves all the money from advertisements so please watch those when you see them in his videos. 🙏
This guy needs his own show I would watch it
I think this is exactly the inspiration for the movie Orphan: First Kill!! The stories match up almost to a T!
I liked this video ! Perfect for Studying
It's so bad he didn't became fbi agent becase he could crack this case and easily work undercover
mr ballen inspired ad? lets goo
That’s the best Manscape ad I’ve ever heard 😂
The soundproof wall behind you is so Cool Looking Bro. Is your Background real? Or from online stock pictures of Backrounds?? ❤😊❤😊❤
Thanks Andy. This story has always said more about the family than Frederic. Very suspicious. 😉
This story is so strange and creepy
wow, this guy sounds pretty dangerous. i sure hope he isn’t among us
shut up
And worst of all...
... he could be any one us...
Lol the manscaped ad 😂😂
