Depending where you are at in a local area, according to the document they posted under SEMA press release, they said that it will be released in stores and online only at Harbor Freight January 2024. To be honest, I do not know exact date but in my local area it is available today, but the video says in stores 1/15/2024 so will see how true it can be for all Harbor Freight stores.
That's Awful 1000$ for limited key reprograming and immobilizer/Theft deterrent. Your correct this Scanner is not for Dad because it wouldn't fix his problems!!
