Hubby made this recipe today followed it 95% of it. I told him it’s probably better to cook it in the instant pot instead of baking it. Instant pot infused the flavour more than baking it since it’s not marinated.

My first Easter not cooking. Our son is BBQ’ing a Turkey breast w/all the goodies. I started PT last week. My therapist took away my walker and so I learnt very quickly to overcome my fear and walk unassisted. So I’m in the road to recovery.

Seems like a great recipe. I'm the same as you, Flo, I hate the "what's for dinner" question. I can't eat cilantro as it tastes like dirt to me. I've never had it taste like soap. Great video, as always!

i only knew i hated corriander when my daughter said she didnt like it because it tasted like soap, something id never told her i thought the same ! my other daughter and wife love it, dodgy genetics i think, chicken tastes lovely without it though ! funny though as i love it on naan breads with garlic, maybe the garlic cancels it ?
