Heck yeah! The height is pretty good but I could see some longer loins not fitting and maybe need cut in half.

It all depends on temps being used. I haven’t done any long cooks using it yet just because I haven’t needed to yet. They are $200

Does it smoke like a freight train on start up? The green mountain did which is why I had to get rid of it.

It does. Haven’t tested to see how long it will run the smoker yet though.
