Uh, are we 'bench' racing? I hope so. When bench racing outrageous bullshit is allowed. If not, well, then you're simply full of crap. Six second passes in a Nova in 1967? NFW, dude. At the 67 WinterNationals the AA/FD (predecessor to to day's Top Fuel cars) dragster owned by the Creitz & Greer team, with driver Gene Goleman at the wheel, set a new NHRA ET record at 7.26 seconds and was runner-up at the event. And you're telling us a full-bodied, gasoline-fueled, normally aspirated 67 Nova was at least a 1/4 second quicker? Bullshit! Now, sit your butt back down on the bench and resume the only real racing you obviously know anything about at all.

The Z11 Impala would be my choice amung these Chevy cars, after a 1973 Super Duty 455 Pontiac Trans Am. I almost bought a 2010 ZL1 556hp Stupid Charged Camaro while still under warranty with less then 20,000 miles on it for $26,000.
That 2010 ZL1 Camaro is a great car! Thanks for checking out my channel!
I was about 6 or 7 when a neighbor took me in his tri power Tempest. Nothing has ever thrilled me like that, including my 600 hp BMW.
@@craigellsworth3952 then you’ll love my close to 600hp Tempest. It’s Raw, nasty, hooks well & has long legs. Had it up to 192 mph so far with 3000RPM left till red line. So far just under $17,000 invested. It’s currently 3212Lbs. Yeah they were/are just Raw Roaring monsters with plenty of meat & potatoes. My 79 T/A was as well
@Josh Brekke I wouldn't want to be in a Tempest anywhere over 120. A '63 was the first car to scare me. 389 tri power with a stick.
@@craigellsworth3952 that’s a good combo. Well over 400 Lb Ft of Tq. The 1964 Hi Compression 389 that came in my tempest when I bought it back in 1995, came from a 1964 Bonniville Taxi. The 350Thm that was behind it came from a 1976 T/A. My current 1969 four bolt main 400/406 came from a low mileage like new GrandPrix that was rolled at low speed. My current Transmission is a 200-4r I pulled from a rolled 1987 Buick GNX. It’s built with Warranty to withstand up to 900Lb ft of Tq with lock up built for racing Hi Stall torque converter. There are many, many more tricks up my Tempest,s sleeves. It’s a QA1 R&D test car with fully adjustable built for racing suspension amung a lot of others
the 63 ss was a bmf!
Thanks for checking out my channel
Ironically to Corvette owners, every corvette is a "rare" car.
Thanks for checking out the channel.
1968 chevelle ss 396/375
One of the greatest cars ever created. Stay tuned for future videos that focus only on the Chevelle. Thanks for watching our videos!
Ok a 1970 Buick GS 455 stage 1 was the fastest production vehicle built period.
Thanks for checking out my channel
You forgot the 1965 Chevelle Z16 396. 425 hp
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
A couple others to add to this list, 1965 Z-16 Chevelle, 1961 Impala SS 409, 1967 Camaro Z-28, 1969 Corvette ZL-1.
Thanks! Happy new year
You seem to have forgotten the absolute rarest and most expensive of all Chevrolet’s ever made… The 1969 ZL1 Corvette…
Thanks for watching
The 67 Shelby Cobra 427 Super Snake was the only car from the muscle car era to come from the factory with over 800 horses under the hood, So why does Chevy and dodge act like they were the power kings, they couldn’t compete even with the corvette against this machine. And no dodge ever came close. The muscle car era was owned and maintained by Shelby
The 67 Shelby Cobra is the best muscle car ever built. Thanks for watching!
Corvettes are not muscle cars, they are sports cars. A muscle car is a two door mid sized coupe with a large V8.

whenever i see a 70 chevelle, i become slightly aroused
I thought I was the only one that felt that way! 😂 Thanks for watching my videos
Why the misleading the 71 Camaro on the thumbnail
😎😎
Thanks for watching our video
You could almost retool a factory for the Price of #1...
you are 100% correct on this. They are expensive!
STILL waiting for GM to do a retro 2nd Gen. Camaro..... their 1st Gen. retro.......has been out *way too long*
I 100% agree with you!
Unfortunately Chevy will be discontinuing the Camaro in 2024.
speak of the real horsepower and torque numbers!! not the advertised horsepower
Look up COPO Camaro, then post a retraction.
Thanks for checking out my channel!
No offense intended, but after the Z11 rundown, I can’t even clean my boots, gonna have to throw them out. I did, however, enjoy the video.
Thanks for watching!
"Pony" cars are NOT muscle cars. Neither are sports cars such as the Corvette.
Thanks for watching our video

72 Camaro was the best Chevy car ever built
Hard to argue with that! Thanks for watching my channel
At 52, me and idiot buddy's sold or ruined a lotta these cars. Still kicking ourselves in the ass!
I had a 69 GTO and I kick myself every day. Thanks for watching our video.
I got Dolly pregnant in a Stingray once...
Liar.
Not a lot of room in a stingray. I’m impressed! 😂
How about a very rare 1967 Chevy nova with the 1968 body design with the smokie yunics 396/427 mystery motor munchies m21 transmission 6 where made for racing they where the pre runners prior to the copo/yenko novas pre super sport guaranteed 6 second 1/4 mile times or your money back from the factory they never refunded any money back on those cars yes I had one of those nova's in my collection a few years ago how about doing a story on these unicorns of cars
67 Nova is my favorite body style Nova! Beautiful
car!
Gee 6 second quarter mile time was equal to top fuel dragsters back then no roll cage too.super stocks were running about 10 or 11 second runs
They used the same motor that was banned from nascar back in the day in those 6 cars
Best of all it was a street legal car it was never supposed to be anywhere other than the factory race teams i got mine from the original driver/owner with pictures of the car scraping the bumper at half track first time out at a Louisiana track still had the scrapes on the back bumper when I got it
Uh, are we 'bench' racing? Bullshit! Now, sit your butt back down on the bench and resume the only real racing you obviously know anything about at all.
naked and afraid ?
Yes 😂 Thanks for checking out the channel!
The rarest Chevrolet ever built was a '69 ZL1 Corvette. There were only 2 that were factory built.
