Alright for emergencies, but not daily use. That would give my phone maybe 10-20% before it's dead. My phone has a 5000 mAh battery. These also do not support fast charging. If you want something that's really good on Capacity and charge speed, go with Anker.
That is true, I only use these for emergency and for testing usb finds at the thrift store to see if they work. I have heard Anker products are good. I will have to check them out further and see what I can afford that would also be portable. Thanks for watching.
All usb is 5volt. Amps/watts are how you measure how fast it is. (Volt = how strong the lightning zap is. Amps = how fast the current zaps like a machine gun Watts=total power output) Volts X amps = watts

The thing I don't like about the power bank is that it has a warning not to use a wall charger higher than 1A output

So how much power does it actually hold. 1400 mAH is somewhat small, but reasonable for 4$ price.
