I think you have a good basis into your set up and telling ppl to take it further and make it better. But I believe your set up works best for you and that’s the great thing about it.

Thanks! Definitely right…it’s good for me and not sure who else unless you fit in with the same requirements etc. Hopefully it gives folks good ideas for their own build!

Love the set up, great colors and gear too. I am a coffee person and I use the Yeti as well. For space saving I would recommend brew bags that attach directly to the Yeti and a coffee grinder system. So you only need to boil water. My coffee kit is portable so I can take it into hotel rooms too. I would’ve probably ditched the oven as it takes up way too much space. You will need a dry box to store pantry foods to keep them clean and you could store that in that space where the oven is. I have a Coleman oven that stores flat but we love pizza so I got these little pizza makers that you can make stove top. Also where do you store the propane tank? I would also get a small portable backpack stove so you can boil water without taking everything out.

These are great ideas, thank you! I do have a small backpacking stove just for quick water boiling. The propane I use is the 1lb canisters and I can store 4 of them in various spots in the bed of the truck

Love the setup and has given me some ideas on how to redo my kitchen. I've got a cabinet that I use in the back of my CRV but have been drooling over the Overland Kitchen for sometime now. I like that you sprayed it with the bedliner. I used bedliner spray on my roof basket. One question I have is I notice the slides on the kitchen drawers when you pulled them out, they looked black as well. Did you spray those too?

Thanks for your thoughts! Yeah I did spray them as well, not perfectly though. I’m actually planning an overhaul of the kitchen on the coming months and will be repainting it again as well. I’ll get a new video up once I do. The bedliner spray has been super helpful when something spills or water gets on the counter areas. Keeps everything easy to clean!

Metal plates seem like a good idea, until you have to hold them while eating. I regret my enameled set.

Nicely done. Looks like it all should work out and if it doesn't after you test everything you will have a better understanding of what to change. Let's trade subs!! 😁
