Can I Win a Pokemon Tournament with 1 Week of Coaching

We hired Pro Pokemon players to train us for 7 days before the LARGEST Pokemon Intercontinental Ever. It has been 4 years since we last competed seriously, will the coaching be good enough to improve our records and win a tournament?
The only reason I am a Pokemon UA-camr at all, is due to finding a Pokemon League in 2016, 15 minutes from my house. There i got back into the Pokemon universe and met so many new friends. You can do that too. events.pokemon... Find a Pokemon League near you and check it out, it might start a beautiful journey of your own.
