I would turkey baste that clutch reservoir whenever it looks like it just did when you took the cap off. I do mine every few months, replace with some high temp dot4 fill it up and then pump the clutch 40-50 times and it should be good another few months before it brings more muck backinto the master cylinder. Helps with the soft clutch feel that a lot of gtos suffer from :/
