Fun fact it reads reflects the baleful powers of goes back upon them!! It also reflects back the beam from the golem not sure if it does the fire breath from drake as I’ve not tried it.

Not sure if this got added in an update but theres a woman in the vault that will send you to jail if she catches you.
Would highly recommend waiting by the vault door until the guard leaves, make a save and keep an eye on the woman as she walks around the room.
I got sent to jail because of that woman. I'll go back and save when the guard leaves. Thanks.

On Xbox series X there is a escort quest I did that's associated with the ancient battleground fort, if you escort the dude back here safely there will not be a vault key in there for you.

More hidden loot videos please. The dragon at the ancient battlefield is tough if you are not prepared.
You don't need to kill anything to reach the location
Also. Use the ballistas to kill it. The big ones. Not the small ones
Just to piggyback on ESO's vid, he should also mention that you will come to this ancient battleground when you do the quest with Glyndwr.
You don't need to do the quest, you can go straight there at level 1 without speaking to him.
Oh I know, I was just mentioning it in case anyone had started that quest to let them know they won't have to double back.
@ESOdanny I went in the room after the guard was gone and the Queen was in there, sent me to the dungeon. The Queen relieves the guard at dusk and walks in the vault room.
That gaurd has been standing there for days “

what armor are you wearing?
Use Elven Smithing to upgrade it for the best weight to power effect
Great idea, if you do vermundian you do get mad knockback though.
Just do dwarven as its the same as vermundian with huge added knockdown which far outweighs the benefits of any other slight stat increase difference, and then go see dragonforged to cut the weight in half and get those extra stats 👍
As a rule if its a staff or a bow then elven is best, anything else invcuding armour - dwarven is best 💯👍
Does shield pummel cause knock downs ?
4:50 I just end up putting an arrow of the explosive variety in the guard's face and taking them out that Way. What? I revived them...... well after I looted the vault lol.
Thing is they didn't even attack. They just said leave now.
It's a long corridor and no one is going to hear the esplosion. So literally you just end up getting away with it
Man, I know I may be annyoing, but what happened to Dragons Dogma 2 playtrough?
I had construction work on my street for the last week, so i could only record audio late at night and that ment i had to focus on guides instead. I'm probably going to end up doing it in one sitting at some point in the future, perhaps in one big edited episode.

I can’t get in, tried grabbing the guard and it won’t let me. Soon as I get close to her it teleports me away. Have yet to see the queen come check the vault, I can’t even attack the guard.
Edit: used thief, popped smoke screen and she started running around. Was able to grab her and put her in the kitchen and then run down to the vault.
If you grab and throw a barrel at her, you’ll have time to run up and grab her
You just helped me out. Used a smoke screen for the guard then lured him someone else. Easily got inside.

There wasnt a guard at the vault but the door wasnt locked and there was a lady inside who called for my arrest. I reset a save before going in and waited for her to come out but as soon as she did a guard spawned in front if the door. I dont know how to get in without a fight
I used Tricster beveling fume to draw her in a kitchen room. (What happen if the guard was killed?)
guards left and i went in but apparently disa is there and i went straight to jail

You get the vault key very early from a quest
Big hint for this shield; wait to upgrade it until you get dwarven smithing. The knockdown benefits alone are worth the wait.
Its a long wait, id go vermundian and then swap to another shield
@ESOdanny vermundian can certainly help with the weight as the shield is quite hefty. However I enjoy the look of this shield the most so in order to min max its capabilities, I just held off and leveled other vocations until I unlocked dwarven.
@@bladerain4773you mean upgrade the shield at the Dwarven town, Sacred Arbor?
@Crusader-777 no. That is elven. There are 2 dwarven smiths that you get access to. One is in Battahl, and the other is on the other side of a long cave southwest of Battahl. Both have quests tied to unlocking them as vendors though.
@bladerain4773 Well im glad my Dragon Plague didn't wipe out Battahl, it wiped out Vernworth.
Such a shame we keep getting 2-3 part playthroughs

Unique affect against one of the bosses? That makes me think it works well against Medusa 🤔 judging by appearance.

Yea just fight her normal she real easy
You can skip getting the key if you wait until the queen goes to check the vault just dont get caught
That doesnt happen very early on in the game it seems. Also theirs a bug where the guard is sometimes not infront of the door.

Why won’t it let me get in the room and get the shield I unlocked it but then some women throws me in the jail every time
Really stretched this video out. I audibly said Oh My God 3 different times, and I'm only 5 minutes in.
for some reason the door is always open and there Is a woman In there that keeps kicking me out wtf :'D
after 50 hrs. i started hating it. If you fukd up a quest you should sometimes forget about it cuz you can´t load a previous save.
why would anyone want to get best shield early? Kind of defeats you know progression. To each his own though.
It’s a single player game you can do whatever you want. Why are you watching a video explaining how to get a good shield if you don’t want to do it.
Because there's like 8 classes you play it's really not that big of a deal and you can't Stat check this game unless you just over level. Gear isn't that weighted
for a game like this it's not that impactful
