Loved the early Ali G stuff before anybody knew he was a just a character. Sasha is a crazy comedic genius - totally fearless.
‘Borat - Wine tasting’ is his other character, a extra scene from the film
Yo the original troll is a dude named Andy Kaufman. NOBODY knew what he was about since he was so out there.
He became the “wrestling champion of the world “ he’d ONLY wrestle women lol, and people took him seriously.
He was on a famous sitcom and when some of his bits got popular, he was performing at a university. The fans kept shouting out different bits. So he LITERALLY read a book in it’s entirety. People would boo, laugh, boo. But he didn’t stop till he finished lol.
Not sure if his comedy keeps up today as this was back in the 60s.
Even when he died, people thought he faked it, as one of his characters that people were SURE was him would make appearances years after his death.
Not sure if you guys watch George Carlin but he’s hilarious

I miss Ali g on hbo, his first season was amazing
the only problem with this is it's staged. So the players are in on it. But almost everything he's done as Ali G, Borat or Bruno the people he speaks too aren't aware he's playing a character and he improvises a lot, that's why so many consider sasha baron cohen a genius comedian.
