HGSS was a blast from the past. Silver was my first Pokémon game and I was happy with the remakes. Good times.

Currently replaying Soul Silver and since I find myself passing through this town quite a lot actually I just rediscovered how nice this theme is
I like your take too, it has something lofty to it but is still quite powerful, especially with the drums

My favorite game in franchise may be White 2 but as of right now I’ll never deny Heart Gold and Soul Silver being the best games in. So much content, so much music, and so many little details. The only problem with it was the slower battle speed due to being on Gen 4’s engine.
