You're really a good cook, I think. Im not really into shitake mushrooms or making ramen with mushrooms but shitake should be used with a bit a wine and vinegar and soy sauce plus sesame oil with maybe red or green pepper and onions but these days I think people wouldnt mind if you were to use olives or artichokes with the type of noodle you've used in this video. And for broth maybe chicken or vegetable broth any kind of broth then spice it up with siracha sauce! Very good video!
