i have a feeling State of Decay 3 will be one of if not THE best zombie game ever. if the multiplayer is improved, the maps, weather, wildlife, etc. I’d have endless fun. Would also love a city map with bigger buildings we can explore and settle in. Can not wait for this game.
I think it’ll launch as a pile of trash (compared to our expectations) just like state of decay 2 did, and then they’ll spend the next 5 years or more making it a master piece
@@bp4_archive those get old fast tho. Wit state of decay iv been playing a month and a half straight and I'm not bored of it. There's always something to do
@@bp4_archive okay. If we are just talking about zombie games without making fair comparisons to the type of game it is then Dying Light 1 and Resident Evil are the absolute best of the best.

Bring back the ability to call your survivors from your base to collect ruck sacks/items. Ive played state of decay since the very beginning and it has the potential to be the best zombie game ever
I've been saying this for so long. The ability to grow your community and post them at outposts or even smaller home bases would open up to a whole new level
Undead labs should use their time creating a better co-op mode experience, where me and my friends could have our own base at the same map, or each one with your own base at the same map, that would be game changer, but no, they keep wasting their time and our time with useless updates in solo mode, that is already good 🤦🏼♂️
Weather update. It never rains, gets foggy, or snows. Just a little something in that aspect would be nice. Plus, there’s a lot you could do with weather. Harder to spot Z’s, and vice versa, where they can’t spot you as well.
It would be really cool if we had more freedom with base building. Maybe implementing something like the forest for base building. Or maybe add something like base upgrades to maybe upgrade your walls or something.
Someone mentioned something I though was golden. Clearing and claiming nearby structures/houses to expand your base, the offset being it takes more materials to maintain, more people to guard the walls, increased morale/ infighting penalties for large communities with many members, and of course, an increased threat rating that attracts more zeds.

It would be awesome if I could split up a community and occupy two bases on a map, or multiple maps and to use billboards, building roofs and camp sites(any place that has tents/sleeping bags) as camps on solo runs.
Sod 3 is said to be next gen only, bigger maps, zombie animals, 3 new zombies, we’re now up to almost 15 + people per community, our base can now be attacked By enemies on our map, Water and drinks will now have bigger affects, new weapons, new skills etc
More than 2 people and more than one vehicle on missions or just roaming in single player. Truly customizable bases. The ability to make multiple structures into one base. Much larger communities.
Someone else here suggested being able to clear buildings next to your base and expanding walls around those, which could add some variety-creativity if you're capped at expanding to say 5 more buildings out of 25+ buildings around you
What i want: 1-City map like SOD1 2-Weather effects (snow, fog, rain storms etc) 3-build bases anywhere 4-New zombies 5-outposts with visible community members protecting it 6-better routes/more aggressive freaks 7-story for each map (like how trumbull valley had stories from the 1st game) 8-Go out with more than 2 people (make it a 4 person squad) 9-More scary missions like save someone in a long dark tunnel filled with zombies 10-Better A.I on both sides. I want zombies freaks that might have tactics like ferals and screamers work together in a way to hunt you as well have communities and squad mates who actually are badass.
11. Someone else suggested this one: Being able to expand to buildings around you when starting from a small house, but I'll add this: If it caps you to being able to expand to only say 6-9 buildings (6 for big bases, & 9 for small ones) then that'll also add more variety and creativity to how people setup their bases 12. Plenty of variety in End-Game missions to not feel repetitive 13. Post-Launch Official Mod Support for PC and Console, allowing players to make their own Animations, Cutscenes, Characters, Items, Weapons, Vehicles, Bases, Missions, Zombies, Audio, Voicelines, Flora, Fauna, Factions, Maps, etc 14. Ability to turn on and off freaks to have only normal zombies and even conversely to turn on and off normal zombies to have only freaks In-Game (And ability to min and max how slow-fast zombies and freaks can be, with a different slider for both) 15. Story/ Campaign about Red Talon, The Network, some previous SOD1/2 Characters we know, new characters, & a few new factions (Showing us what we know more in depth but also expanding the universe) 16. Naming Factions/ Characters in Main Menu for those you'll find In-Game (Would be cool if in main menu we can add Survivor Names & Faction names that we can randomly discover throughout our playthrough ala XCOM where you can pick to find only those names you put, only Undead Labs put names, or mixture of both. For a Sandbox mode and or Story Mode) 17. 2 Seperate Modes: Story Mode (To go In-Depth in world), & Sandbox Mode (To do whatever you want) Mind if I fuse the lists and post it on the suggestions page? Credit will be given
- more base customisations - bigger community - bigger and more useful Allie - bigger enemies - new types of infected - bigger building to explore like buildings in Fallout 4 - horse and motorbike - maybe add some cave or subway station And most importantly bring back story focus mode.
I would definitely love larger urban areas to survive in, or a special “collapse“ mode where you’re stuck in a city when everything‘s going down. Otherwise, the ability to become fully self-sufficient with enough resource investment. For difficulty, you can make it to where there’s very specific equipment that you need to loot in order to achieve those goals so you have to go out in the dangerous areas and take a risk. Otherwise, I’d like the ability to be evil. To create a community of Raiders/extortionists. Like the saviors from The Walking Dead. Force the other survivors in your area to pay you tribute.
Bro like a hunger and thirst bar would be cool, and for each survivor it can be unique depending on the traits they have. And the roaming idea would be sweet, but it get boring over time, so like roaming raiders and cultists would be also cool to see
What I want may be too outlandish for the game, I'd love better community stories, with interesting characters (Part 2 was a dud in that regard) I also want better conflict with other groups in the outside, most of all would be expanding the base mechanic where you can start off as just a small house, but clearing houses & zones around them gives you the option to expand your base to that area & build walls surrounding that can be expanded & reinforced as the game continues
Please please please please share the small house to growing by clearing zones/ buildings around the base on Undead Labs feedback page!!! Ya know how ya would want that and how to suggest it and feel like that would be sick in SOD3!!! The link is in description of this vid
@No Nope I recently went back with my old community into the Nightmare Zone. BIG MISTAKE. The hostile survivors are OP as hell. Got most of my community killed in the process, they can legit 1 shot you taking you out in one go. they did this to multiple members. This community had survived multiple playthroughs with very few casualties until Nightmare difficulty was released lol.
It would be cool if somebody put split screen on that list I went and looked at it and it wasn’t on the list. That’s crazy. Multiplayer will be so much better with it.
There is already plenty of great ideas in this comment section. But personally I would like to see way bigger maps and a well developed car mechanics, the fuel consumption in SoD 1 and 2 are ridiculous, it's not unmanageable but it is very unrealistic, maybe adding horses and some wildlife would greatly improve imersion. I prefer a bigger and well built map over a bunch of small ones
first of all, the game needs a strong plot and interesting, memorable characters, a greater variety of in-game situations, more options for arranging your base and interacting with survivors, but I'm afraid... we won't see all this and we'll only have a reskin of the second part
I love see state of decay 2 a clip of what towns life look like before outbreak. And them to show what happened to the cities during outbreak sense you know cities whole more biggest populations more infected more destruction but also sure very nice bases.
For those who want to have their voice heard for the wishlist for State Of Decay 2 and Even 3 Check out the wishlist here: support.stateofdecay.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000459952-Wish-List?sort_by=votes
it would be cool in state of decay 3 we have to build up and defend outposts with people inside them instead of one simple base and unlively places we control . it would have been cool if we could settle in large cities or towns and build walls to contain it and control places and defending them. with Large scaled maps for stuff like that and also maybe a different mode for a full campaign
I just hope they improve the ai. I just started playing SoD2 last week and the ai is infuriatingly dumb. I had a follower just stand still while a zombie walks up to them and bites them. The thing is sometimes the ai will be badass and pop zombies head like a pro other times it seems to, whats the word, I'll just say wack out. One of the coolest moments of having a follower was when I almost got bit by a plague zombie and my follower took out 3 zombies like they were Rick Grimes.
Removing the cap on survivors and outpost would make this games playability endless. For ex. If you have and out post like a gas station you need at least 1 survivor preferably 2 to guard the outpost. Raiders Zombie/hordes enemy enclaves will come around to either take over your outpost or destroy it. Eventually you can conquer a city but the outskirts will always spawn zombies. So you can customize the Visual aspects and the fortifications of an entire rebuilt city. (No pay walls behind customizations) Minor traps that aren’t OP The materials made for a barricade/wall make it stronger but don’t change the look unless you want it to. I’d like more community customizations and a in-depth skill system where you can make anyone you specific class with the books/ skill needed. As well as a two class system with more in-depth classes.
Thanks for the info! My top wishes are custom base building (like The Forest or Ark) and more inventory space lol. Would also love to see a "hive queen" enemy that's like a wandering plague heart miniboss
A feature I really want to see in State of Decay is random hostile enclaves will randomly attack your base or, maybe it can depend on if you kill too many hostile envlaves over time, and once you fill a bar in the background or some type of threshold, enclaves will come and try to attack your base and kill you. And once they're killed the hostile enclaves attacking your base resets until you fill that meter up again. Also, it can be a completely different system on how hostile enclaves attack your base because, it's just weird how no humans ever attack your base, only zombies do which is odd for a world that's in a zombie apocalypse where most people are only out to survive for themselves and take what they can. Hostile Enclave attacks/raids on your base is something I really want to see in State of Decay.
I'd love to see a much more robust raid system of zombies attacking your base. Hand in hand, I'd like to see a much more in-depth defense system for your base. Also, customizing defenses and how survivors act with them would be cool.
Another mechanic that seems like it could be really cool is if you had to send or lead scavenging parties to get more resources instead of just you on your own.
I put dynamic enclaves and the option to send your members on a mission to the wish list. I am so glad others want that to. What a great group to listen to us . Can't wait to play 3
I feel like Undead Labs is one of the very few game companies that actually listen to their community and it always makes me smile when they confirm it. I have such high hopes for State of Decay 3 I think its possibly gonna be one of the best zombie games ever made
This game is fun, has the Minecraft effect. I really enjoy starting New communities and maps then once I get comfortable to late game after plague hearts and big base start another xD
Honestly I would love to see some new vehicles. Tow trucks to drag destroyed vehicles. Flatbed trucks to carry multiple vehicles. Technicals/Humvees with a weapon on the vehicle that can be used
This is gonna be immense. What would be cool is Amputations at bite sites, so bit on arm, remove aem at shoulder would stop the spread for example, would be realistic, and then reduce the survivors abilities. Warm/cold weather clothing. Somewhat of a "customisability" on weapons. I'm super excited for this game. 100% will buy top tier
Barricade windows, it feels good tryna fortify in a pinch when you're friends are low on health and someone's got a shot gun to the door waiting for a feral....more of a story line would be great too
My number 1 request is to be able to build out side the base and a tech tree. A high-end Stardew valley meets GTA. Would also like full on rival communities like civ.
The issue with the game is the replayability, after learning lethal it just gets underwhelming endlessly finding ammo doing the same three enclave missions, we need active wild life and maybe even see zombies chase them . bigger enclaves and more of a reason to use most things that are out strengthed by meta
Suggest it in the SOD Suggestions link in the description (The zombies chasing animals and other parts, also variety of missions besides enclave missions in end-gane would be great)
So online play maybe? Will random NPC be out and about like the players? Will coop play not be tethered? Will we be able to truly build bases anywhere we want? I really hope they make your very first character yours as in your the creator. Bigger towns and cities?
I want a feeling of dread in sod3. The feeling that at times I’m the one being hunted. At the moment sod2 feels like chance and circumstance. Like “oh. It has a juggernaut” Or “oh that’s a freak. Better go two miles faster.” I want surprise. I don’t want to feel comfortable. I want to work for that confront.
Okay I'd like to start out by saying that SOD3 is one of my most anticipated games coming out in the future and If they were able to execute on just half of these things, It would easily be my GOAT Game ong no cap. This series has so much potential and I really hope they don't mess it up. I know a lot of games seem like to focus on making games look visually pretty, which the guy in the video hinted at which I don't mind, but I feel like they often end up falling flat on making a game actually fun and immersive for the player. I wanna be enveloped in the world and actually feel for my characters as if they were real people going through the struggles of living in a post apocalyptic world dealing with death and despair as well as triumph and jubilee, not count the amount of leaves on a tree :/ . Let me know if you guys agree or disagree with my takes :) My Wishlist (in no particular order): 1.A. Better Animations. For Example, I want to be able to see my character touch the wall as they crouch around and get behind cover. Maybe like 3-4 variations for each type of action in the game like looting specific objects like fuel canisters, cabinets, drawers and boxes. I want more animations because I get tired of seeing the same animations over and over after hours of gameplay. Maybe add in animations that include the players backpack where when a character checks their inventory to make equip/ use something, they check in their bag and pull it out real quick. Similar to the last of us. 1.B A better movement system. This ties into the previous wish, but basically adding in foot IK for the characters movement that makes sense based on the inputs the player is giving. This means less "responsive" and "snappy" but more "weighted" and "realistic" movement. 2. I want dynamic and possibly roaming Enclaves who remember previous interactions with you. Sometimes they are good peace seeking hippies, Bad religious cultists or ex cons, or just a neutral enclave. This means they scavenge for loot or people to rob/kill around their territory and potentially set up traps depending on how moral they are. 3. I'd also like to stumble across interactions between enclaves and choose to intervene or just spectate and watch how things go. Maybe they trade, try to avoid each other, or attempt to kill one another because of their long previous history with one another that I never got to see because I'm new to the area. 4. More types of zombies besides ferals, screamers, bloaters, and juggernauts. I wanna see more abominations that maybe only come out at night to scavenge or to hunt people, similar to volatiles in Dying Light 1/2. I want the Zombie Ai to act a little bit smarter in the way it tries to corner you when chasing you. Maybe this could just be reserved for the special types. 5. I'd like for Sod3 to lean more into the horror aspect of the game. Making night scarier and more dangerous for humans to go out alone. This could mean adding in more tense background/combat music or periods of dead silence followed by a zombies shriek and a jump scare noise just to mess with you and keep you on your toes which lets you know you're never truly alone in the world.. 6. Maybe make the nights a bit more brighter because I cant see anything when walking/driving around at night. It feels like I'm playing rust with how dark it is sometimes when driving without headlights. 7. Perhaps some sort of vehicle deformation similar to beamNG, or less CPU intensive like GTAV where if you crash at a significant enough speed, it will cause your bumper to drag along the floor, lose the hood, pop a tire, smash a window, and maybe mess up the engine. 8. More character variation. This includes adding more outfits (and not just variations of existing ones), hats, faces, voices, and hair styles, backstories, traits. 9. Maybe adding factions to the game besides red talon, the military, and the network. For example, you start up your group and play the game normally, developing your own settlement, and running into other enclaves. Getting big and influential enough to start allying with other enclaves/communities, forming trade routes and maybe having opposing factions that don't like you because you killed one of their party members a while back at the start of your playthrough because he tried robbing one of your people out on a scavenging run because his group was starving. This goes back to the whole good/bad/neutral enclaves thing and giving the AI enclaves the ability to do everything that the player can do in order to survive. 10. Sending out other community members on missions to loot for resources or do missions. Perhaps sending out a looting party or a raiding party because you are a bunch of bad guys. idk 11. Watching AI enclaves and their members interact with one another out in the world. Maybe two enclaves don't like each other and you witness a fight break out. Or maybe you see someone getting robbed and they decide to throw firecrackers at the opps to draw zeds in to cover them as they make a break for it. Or maybe you watch as two groups meet up in their normal trading spot as they get ambushed by a third party. All of these things happening as you watch from the shadows, or you can choose to butt in and help out a group, or end up killing everyone and looting everything for yourself. 12. Improving the base building such that I can move around specific furniture in a house for example. I can break down dressers and cabinets for raw materials and use those things to build things that I need. Or maybe having the ability to construct mini outposts where ever I want to. 13. Maybe a coop world where my friends and I have a world where all of us have our own enclaves and we can choose to fight each other, work together or ignore each other and go to separate areas of the map. 14. Expand further on the current lore and all the mf plot holes that currently exist. I don't want to have to replay this lore story for each community I make, similar to the way heartland is in comparison to the normal game. Maybe I'm playing a game where none of my characters really give a f*** about figuring out what the hell a CLEO is and they just want to find their next meal is. Similar to the normal game. You could choose whether or not if you want to pursue the lore and the reasons behind why the story unfolded the way it did, but it is not the core part of the gameplay, Surviving is. 15. Better crafting system that doesn't just go off of parts/chemicals/jugs of ethanol. Looting specific things from the environment that can be used to make more specific things. I know this can be a pain with finding specific things to make that one weapon you want, but maybe another enclave is willing to trade you for it. Or maybe you could steal it? 16. Better Stealth. This goes hand in hand with the previous wish, as well as wish 4. Improvements on the stealth and the addition of a soft cover system similar to uncharted/assassins creed. basically, getting into cover without pressing the "cover" button. 17. Weather system. Add in rain, snow, fog. Perhaps changing seasons. 18. Procedurally generated maps to allow for maximum replayability. This would go crazy if they got it right. 19. The ability to see equipped items on my person such as guns and things within the pockets slot hanging off of my characters hips. Would go really far for immersion. Idk just some cool suggestions that I thought of after beating the game again. These things would honestly go hard, especially the AI interactions and community/enclave features.
Imagine if SOD3 launched as an MMO or even something like RDO. One thing is for sure Multiplayer needs no tethering and the ability for friends to help their base and yours.
I feel like In order for state of decay 3 to be considered one of the best zombie games that have been released the enclaves need some SERIOUS work because the enclave idea is real dope but it lacks soooo much and has soooo much potential
Focus more on (re)building communities, interactions with its environment and survivors. Wider customization and a proper story-line to follow. Ideal vision imo would be having MP be a seperated story/world with having other than the host build communities/customize/interact with the world. So you can start a community with your co-op buddies or have them be in your world and have each of them start/join seperated communities. More in-doors located areas, like giant malls, bigger cities.
I really want something like Minecraft like you can build what you want to build and you have entire freedom of what you can do and have way bigger communities like I'm talking huge
State of Decay has been the series that has mile-high expectations for themselves but only able to deliver kilometer-high. I hope for the best but I'm keeping myself grounded.
Enclaves roaming the map is really good, Imagine running accross a hostile enclave and having a shootout only to attract hordes and freaks. They should probably add hunting system too for food, like killing deers, rabbits and other animals.
All I've asked for is character creation. An holster an more customized clothing. Like adding bandloirs for shotgun shells maybe single point slings for faster rifle draws. Solo survial 3 people is to much. You can run a green zone without even establishing a base. Best one your ability to be more immersive in outposts. Like build a fire or just have more opportunity to interact or even just pick a house to dwell in. Idk alot of potential still a great game no matter lol 😂 oh yeah weather lol its always a nice day an thats creepy to me
SoD3 devs needs to be left to cook for as long as they need to. I fully understand the hype and desire to get hands on a new game. But be honest with yourselves and remember how SoD2 was when it released. The game has been improved so much with updates. Nowadays games are constantly coming out in glitchy unfinished Beta states because of the pressure to release to market. Then the games get bashed, the goodwill goes out the window and the games die on the vine. I hope SoD3 doesn’t follow that path. Undead Labs have given us 2 high quality games with excellent replay ability. Hoping the trend continues with SoD3!
i hope they add bigger vehicles like camper vans or busses that need more fuel and might be slower but are tankier and have better storage and more room for people like example what if the was a school bus where if you upgraded it added armor and like a machine gun on top where they might shoot at zeds or something like that and maybe they could add a function where you could shoot out of car windows like a drive by but with zombies
i enjoyed SoD2 i played through 3 maps before i got bored of repeat. i just got to the point that the difficulty couldnt keep up with my characters, i'd have to go in completely unprepared and restricting myself to have the chance of dying. I'm hoping the next game has a better progression and difficulty advancement. Like instead of just healthier and more of the same enemies maybe specific enemies to each increasing difficulty and different special zombies and rewards per map. If i had this incentive I'd probably 100% the game but i know that getting people to try repeating building up across each map can be difficult. I hope someone more insightful than me can find a solution. it's funny i enjoyed 2 so much considering people generally didnt like it as much as the first game.
@@Rastegarian Ehh. Yes I do agree! But damn-like c’mon man- we are talking about covering hella detail distances from point A to point B. And by the time you really get started it’s almost 20-30 minutes into the game
To be honest i want sod 3 to have a special multiplayer like a role play where you can creat communities with people or your friends online and choose to be friendly or hostile to other online members just like gta 5 online Can anyone agree on that ?
I'd personally love better survivor combat. I get that isn't the purpose of the game but I'd love some way to infiltrate hostile outposts and have to stealth kill people too. Use cover and land headshots.
More survival aspects, not to much but just enough. twice as bigger maps. More unpredictability with environment and zombies, make it always unknown to the player on what happens. Would be cool, or make the map procedural and the further you go, the older and maybe sometimes sicker your team gets, maybe someone broke a leg or someone got a bad flu and passed. The more you get, the bigger it gets, the harder it gets until you are alone...would be really cool.
That's going to be insane to be out there looting and look up to see an enemy enclave surrounding the house your in demanding that you give up all your stuff and tell them where your community is. 😲

2-Weather effects (snow, fog, rain storms etc)
3-build bases anywhere
4-New zombies
5-outposts with visible community members protecting it
6-better routes/more aggressive freaks
7-story for each map (like how trumbull valley had stories from the 1st game)
8-Go out with more than 2 people (make it a 4 person squad)
9-More scary missions like save someone in a long dark tunnel filled with zombies
10-Better A.I on both sides. I want zombies freaks that might have tactics like ferals and screamers work together in a way to hunt you as well have communities and squad mates who actually are badass.
11. Someone else suggested this one: Being able to expand to buildings around you when starting from a small house, but I'll add this: If it caps you to being able to expand to only say 6-9 buildings (6 for big bases, & 9 for small ones) then that'll also add more variety and creativity to how people setup their bases
12. Plenty of variety in End-Game missions to not feel repetitive
13. Post-Launch Official Mod Support for PC and Console, allowing players to make their own Animations, Cutscenes, Characters, Items, Weapons, Vehicles, Bases, Missions, Zombies, Audio, Voicelines, Flora, Fauna, Factions, Maps, etc
14. Ability to turn on and off freaks to have only normal zombies and even conversely to turn on and off normal zombies to have only freaks In-Game (And ability to min and max how slow-fast zombies and freaks can be, with a different slider for both)
15. Story/ Campaign about Red Talon, The Network, some previous SOD1/2 Characters we know, new characters, & a few new factions (Showing us what we know more in depth but also expanding the universe)
16. For a Sandbox mode and or Story Mode)
17. 2 Seperate Modes: Story Mode (To go In-Depth in world), & Sandbox Mode (To do whatever you want)
Mind if I fuse the lists and post it on the suggestions page? Credit will be given
- more base customisations
- bigger community
- bigger and more useful Allie
- bigger enemies
- new types of infected
- bigger building to explore like buildings in Fallout 4
- horse and motorbike
- maybe add some cave or subway station
And most importantly bring back story focus mode.
I really wish companies would stop releasing trailers too early
Bro like a hunger and thirst bar would be cool, and for each survivor it can be unique depending on the traits they have. And the roaming idea would be sweet, but it get boring over time, so like roaming raiders and cultists would be also cool to see
They said just recently to expect a deep dive within 18 months
What I want may be too outlandish for the game, I'd love better community stories, with interesting characters (Part 2 was a dud in that regard) I also want better conflict with other groups in the outside, most of all would be expanding the base mechanic where you can start off as just a small house, but clearing houses & zones around them gives you the option to expand your base to that area & build walls surrounding that can be expanded & reinforced as the game continues
YES THIS IS SUCH A GOOD IDEA
Wishlist on the site is basically just a public poll the studio doesn't have to abide by.
Base builder and customisation to your character 👍 and co-op needs fixing so you're not tethered to the host
Fr. That tether shit kinda ruins multiplayer a bit
It would be cool if somebody put split screen on that list I went and looked at it and it wasn’t on the list. That’s crazy. Multiplayer will be so much better with it.
They should add a weather/seasonal dynamic where the weather can effect you, and you can use the clothing that you have/find in the game can be used.
I just really want larger communities.
yeh 12 is bs
first of all, the game needs a strong plot and interesting, memorable characters, a greater variety of in-game situations, more options for arranging your base and interacting with survivors, but I'm afraid... we won't see all this and we'll only have a reskin of the second part
Basically.
How can you do it man...how can you instantly keep on update the news of this game with no rest. Respect.
I love see state of decay 2 a clip of what towns life look like before outbreak. And them to show what happened to the cities during outbreak sense you know cities whole more biggest populations more infected more destruction but also sure very nice bases.
Dragon's dogma have a rudimentary relationship system. It'll be cool to have it in state of decay 3.
For those who want to have their voice heard for the wishlist for State Of Decay 2 and Even 3 Check out the wishlist here: support.stateofdecay.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/360000459952-Wish-List?sort_by=votes
SOD 2 is addicting
it would be cool in state of decay 3 we have to build up and defend outposts with people inside them instead of one simple base and unlively places we control . it would have been cool if we could settle in large cities or towns and build walls to contain it and control places and defending them. with Large scaled maps for stuff like that and also maybe a different mode for a full campaign
Still gonna play sod2 even after sod3 comes around 🎉
Nobody asked
State of Decay 3 will probably come out when the 5090 gpu's release.
Thanks for the info! My top wishes are custom base building (like The Forest or Ark) and more inventory space lol. Would also love to see a "hive queen" enemy that's like a wandering plague heart miniboss
I feel like that would kinda nullify switching to better bases tho
@@nwordjoe9356 yeah, I don't want pre-determined bases. If you want a better base then build or find and renovate a better one
How do you fix unbound buttons and exactly WTF DO THEY BECOME UNBOUND?
Is there a link for that interview that you showed us? The interview for 5:17
Hope they have a bear as a zombie. I combination of juggernaut but the speed and agility of a feral
Where do you find the wish list?
Technicals/Humvees with a weapon on the vehicle that can be used
They should add a feature of turning a zombie wolf into a regular wolf as a pet and other animals too. That would be cool
That would be ill.❤
for the people new, like me, how owuld i access the wishlist. I do have much of ideas to put out there
Barricade windows, it feels good tryna fortify in a pinch when you're friends are low on health and someone's got a shot gun to the door waiting for a feral....more of a story line would be great too
Finally, some more info on the game
My number 1 request is to be able to build out side the base and a tech tree. A high-end Stardew valley meets GTA. Would also like full on rival communities like civ.
The issue with the game is the replayability, after learning lethal it just gets underwhelming endlessly finding ammo doing the same three enclave missions, we need active wild life and maybe even see zombies chase them . bigger enclaves and more of a reason to use most things that are out strengthed by meta
Suggest it in the SOD Suggestions link in the description (The zombies chasing animals and other parts, also variety of missions besides enclave missions in end-gane would be great)
Would love a hunt option for wildlife to gather food as an option.
Like “oh. It has a juggernaut”
Or “oh that’s a freak. Better go two miles faster.”
I want surprise.
Let me know if you guys agree or disagree with my takes :)
My Wishlist (in no particular order):
Perhaps sending out a looting party or a raiding party because you are a bunch of bad guys. idk
If they made state of decay 3 somewhat like rdr2 where there were random events, main missions and hunting. Would be so good
Customizable guns. Cars. Plsss. Customizable base and upgrade. Crazy landscape. Sessions. Snow melts and rain.
Bumping into roaming bandits would be so cool.
I think it would be cool if you could build your own base wherever you like. Given proper terrain or course.
More in-doors located areas, like giant malls, bigger cities.
joe was talking about state of decay 2 when he said things are coming and they are from the wish List
I would love a State of Decay RTS colony builder game. Like Survive The Aftermath.
All i want is to have a seperate or joint community in my friends game.
Current co-op is terrible to say the least.
Enclaves roaming the map is really good, Imagine running accross a hostile enclave and having a shootout only to attract hordes and freaks. They should probably add hunting system too for food, like killing deers, rabbits and other animals.
we need more of a story mode. The first game story was fine but the second had none until we got a DLC.
I think it would be cool if we could customize our characters such as names and look.
Idk alot of potential still a great game no matter lol 😂 oh yeah weather lol its always a nice day an thats creepy to me
This is so exciting, I'm glad microsoft decided to invest in undead labs.
Is there any update of release date yet ??
State of decay 1 multiplayer would have been peak SOD, but then they limited proximity between players and its been downhill since
i enjoyed SoD2 i played through 3 maps before i got bored of repeat. i just got to the point that the difficulty couldnt keep up with my characters, i'd have to go in completely unprepared and restricting myself to have the chance of dying.
Actually as of November 2022 we hit 8 Billion ,,, lol.. Great video bro
It would be nice if they could add interactive combat and use of dual weapons....and depending on size of the map fast travel.
No fast travel. Please don't! It would be ruin the game.
@@Rastegarian Ehh. Yes I do agree! But damn-like c’mon man- we are talking about covering hella detail distances from point A to point B. And by the time you really get started it’s almost 20-30 minutes into the game
I think SoD3 will be the game people thought The Day After was gonna be...
To be honest i want sod 3 to have a special multiplayer like a role play where you can creat communities with people or your friends online and choose to be friendly or hostile to other online members just like gta 5 online
Can anyone agree on that ?
I'd personally love better survivor combat. I get that isn't the purpose of the game but I'd love some way to infiltrate hostile outposts and have to stealth kill people too. Use cover and land headshots.
Man I’m so excited bro we all know state of decay 3 could be the best and most immersive zombie game ever 🔥
Pretty excited for SoD3 but the best zombie game so far right now is "Project Zomboid."
I hope state of decay 3 is way better than 2 and 1, they definitely have the opportunity to make the best zombie game ever.
I used to be all about PlayStation and since seeing this game I’ve decided to switch it up and I absolutely love my Xbox
Matt booty already said 2 is a testing bed for 3
That's going to be insane to be out there looting and look up to see an enemy enclave surrounding the house your in demanding that you give up all your stuff and tell them where your community is. 😲
Why the hell would you want to relationship system in a video game, when you can just experience that for real?
Where the wishlist?
the game must be in development hell
Man I just want a Walking Dead Simulator
It’s about time worth it love the content keep it coming ❤❤ 0:48
It would be cool in Enclaves could COME and trade with us
