Hi Scott, first of all thanks for your videos they are very helpful! I have a big question. I’m gonna start using stage Traxx on my shows and it took me 8 months to put all my song in there and organized everything. Question is…. If something happens to my iPad and I have to buy a new one and download stage Traxx again, how can I recovered all my work? All my songs organized the way I put? Thanks mate
Hi Peter! Thanks for making such an incredible app 🤘 I use this with 3 of my bands and absolutely love it. Which is why I made a 3 part video series on it 😊 Thanks again!
Hi Peter, I’ve been using this app since Scott mentioned it a while back. You have done an amazing job. Love it. Thanks Scott for the video super helpful. The multitrack option is a game changer. To be able to just turn on the drums or bass to practice along with is super helpful. We’ll done.
Thank you, Scott. Stage Traxx 3 is exactly what I was looking for. I can tell you put in lots of time making these video’s. You have a talent for explaining things clearly and concisely. It really helped me.
Purchased this product last week and loving it. Glad to see my opinion backed by such a competent authority! You are my favourite UA-camr, your content and style is just awesome! And thank you for putting me onto Stage Trax 3, you had mentioned in on one of your prior videos!
Your videos are UNBELIEVABLE dude!!! Seriously, they are so thorough, yet there's no unnecessary chatter. Super calm presentation. I subscribed instantly! I've already watched all of your backing tracking, click cues videos. Showed me everything I needed to know. 🙏
We've been using StageTraxx for nearly a year and it's essentially one of our most important band members. It does exactly what you need to run tracks/lyrics, and it just WORKS. I cannot believe how much I've come to rely on this but we couldn't do a show without it.
i rely on it too, but I have just discovered that the volume is lower than the same tracks on the Library, just those play all in one go and I can't have that, reason why I use Stage Traxx3. Just wish the volume was higher...
I've been using Stage Traxx for many years now, and it just keeps getting better and better. The app developer is accessible, he is really dedicated to make this app work for real musicians. I can't say enough good about the app. I'm just getting into the multitrack usage, and think it's going to be perfect for what I need. This tutorial is GREAT for beginners, and I'm excited to see the next two. THANK YOU SCOTT for dong such a great job with this.

I’m about halfway through the task of populating my StageTraxx3 song list with backing tracks, time-synced lyrics, automated midi patch changes, etc. and have been so impressed with this app’s robust and varied functionality. Eager to host shared ST3 sessions with various bandmates in upcoming shows! Thank you both!

I am using karaoke version for stems. If I use multitrack and route a click and intro click plus backing stem for our in-ears, then route a FOH stem, I am not seeing a way to delay the multitracks routed to front of house, then the tracks get out of synch because the FOH stem obviously doesn’t have intro click.

The lead guitarist in the band uses Stage traxx and I was so impressed with it that I have just bought an Ipad. As soon as it arrives Stage Traxx will be purchased. Great progam.
What a world away from the 1990s' when I was using Studio Vision sequencer and Opcode. Loved how fast I could put a song together, but couldn't approach how to manipulate these songs in a live setting.
Awesome Video Scott, I have been watching your video's and I am 'Blown Away' by the 'Content' that you have available, then you add another video like this and it goes to another level, 'Too Much Bro'.

There are so many things to say about the features of this amazing app. I can add an extra tip for the vertical left song list in play mode. Except that you can hide or show it, touching the arrow, you can hold and drag left or right the same arrow of the sidelist to make it larger or smaller. In that way the user of the app can make it in his own prefer size. And one more thing.. The "Done" marker can be very helpful to not repeat same song twice, during a gig. You can always clear the “history” tab and all the blue "done" markers will be gone until the next load. Anyway, this is very good video! Simple and tight, although the tons of information. Well done!
Oh nice! I didn’t know that about the arrow. That’s cool! And clearing history would definitely help with the done method for sure. Maybe I will start using it! Thanks for the comment 🤘
@@ScottUhlMusic Thanks for the video! Many people asking if there is a way to make the waveform line at least a little bit bigger, because sometimes if there are some audio loop regions made, it's too hard to read their names. The good news is, as I know, they promised to put this option in the next update. This will make the use of the app even more flawlessly and easy to work with. So we are waiting for the feature updates ^^
Scott: It’s obvious that you put in a ton of work to make this video. Thank you for that! I’m sure I will have to watch is again (a time or two or more) to ensure I haven’t missed any of the information you packed inside. Thanks again!
Really amazing app, everything you have reviewed at the end of each video one feels like oh you need to get up the item or app in this case, very well explained, a must have, well done.
I've been using BandHelper for years to do a lot of this BUT the idea of allowing for multitrack AND rearrangement is a game changer. I can only trigger stereo tracks in BandHelper and need to have different versions depending on instrumentation. I dread the idea of exporting 500 songs from one app to another but this may be worth it. Thanks for turning me on to this!
Hey Scott I am glad to see these ST3 videos drop and even happier you think this app is as good as I and many others thought it was! I see Peter the developer has also touched base with you. Am looking forward to seeing the other very informative videos out next week too.
As of iPadOS/iOS 16.3 something, newer iPads and iPhones are locked to 48k sample rate. So IF you experience crackling etc, set the app to 48k. Great video(s), Scott! 🎸
Thank you, Trying to do the "one man band thing"... started with multi-tracker and have recently been messing with loopy pro, gonna watch your videos again, This might just be the answer.... so much to learn, so little time.
This is sooo cool……now I have to drag the rest of my band out of the dark ages and get them to use it. I’m definitely gonna check it out. Thanks for putting together these vids…you da man!
Yeah I told my band mates “hey, I think I have a new app for us” and it was tough to switch out of the routine we had for quite a few years. But after one show with it, they agreed and we haven’t looked back 🤘
Such an awesome app. You've got my gears turning now... this looks like it does nearly everything I need for our karaoke band. Looking forward to the midi section
This is awesome! I've been using two ipads, one running Multitracker, and one for lyrics/chords using Setlist Helper. This program would simplify things quite a bit.
Thanks Scott, Just getting into using backing tracks as members of my band can’t always make a show. Your videos are super helpful. I really like the way you get straight into the content. Doesn’t seem to be a wasted second at all. Take note other content creators, we don’t need a minute for you to introduce what you doing next, say it then get into it. Very informative and also entertains All the best with the channel Scott, Cheers!
After enjoying some of your wireless gear reviews this is another good one. And the prize can go internationally this time. Good one. Will definitely check out this app.
Well done excellent tutorial really enjoyed it I m new to this Technology and as an Older guy I appreciate any help that I can get. Many thanks Shay Dublin Ireland.
Thanks, I’ll have to check this app out. Biggest issue for me with tracks is what happens when the singer skips a bar or something (which has happened several times already). Need ways to be able to chase quickly. Start & stopping DAWs on a laptop isn’t instantaneous, & Ableton Live isn’t on iOS.
Watch the video on Tuesday about sections of songs and looping audio regions and restructuring songs, and it will help. But having cues can really help keep everyone on a structure. I go over that in this video: ua-cam.com/video/nw8wZfFSQ2w/v-deo.html
This is awesome and exactly what I have been looking for. Specifically the multi tracks and the looping portions of each song. That’s what’s been holding me back from using track.
@@ScottUhlMusic I don’t need separate outputs so much as the ability to mix elements in and out. I don’t want to sound like I have an orchestra behind me playing solo. The main thing I want is the ability to jump around sections of the song extended lead change it up a bit. I thought I was going to have to use like the worship apps like prime because they were the only ones that I found that could cut up the songs in sections and trigger them via midi Loop them, etc. Obviously based off Ableton this is so awesome I’m so happy.
Thats amazing. I was using multitracker but this seems to go way beyond. i love the configurability and support for lyrics and timing in many forms. its pretty much got everything thats important to me from onsong and multitracker and put into one app. the only improvement i would like to see is an increase in the individual audio files that can be loaded into each song so that i can just mute bass when i have a bass player for instance, but i can get past that for the moment.
I am a multi talented guy when it comes to tec, that is cars , homes , you name it I've done it, I'm just learning guitar, and stumbled on your channel, I go nowhere except to your channel to learn , I was just about to get into software and you do this in depth one in 3 parts, I'm glude to the laptop, and yes I'll buy software cause you suggested it, keep up the great work, ...can't wait to see next video

Thanks Scott! Awesome demo.
Awesome Video Scott = You have totally sold me !!!
A great video. This has been a massive help for me for my live shows
Thanks Scott, this sounds like a really great app. I'm gonna go to part 2 now!
It’s my go to app!
Interesting. Looking forward to part 2 for multi-track output.
It will be out on Tuesday 🤘
Very informative and fun to watch. Thanks for all your work and for introducing me to this app. Looks great!
Thank you!
But after one show with it, they agreed and we haven’t looked back 🤘
Very informative. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Thank you!
Wow! This looks like a fantastic product! Looking forward to the other parts of this series!
Next parts will be out next week Tuesday and Thursday 🤘
Such an awesome app. You've got my gears turning now... this looks like it does nearly everything I need for our karaoke band. Looking forward to the midi section
Yeah that would be great for highlighting lyrics for a karaoke band for sure!!
This is awesome! I've been using two ipads, one running Multitracker, and one for lyrics/chords using Setlist Helper. This program would simplify things quite a bit.
Yup! Get the best of both worlds 🤘
Thanks! I really appreciate that. I get so annoyed with long drawn out tutorial videos, so I’m glad to hear this!
Thanks a lot from France. You definitely help me to find THE application i needed and win time to learn how to use it !
Glad to help! 😊
Seems exactly what a multi band/project musician would need on stage. Looking forward to part 2.
It works great for us!
Super helpful Scott! I'm going to noodle with this and see how far I get.
Caught part 2 so catching up on part 1. Thanks!
🤘🤘
Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to check this out further!
🤘🤘
After enjoying some of your wireless gear reviews this is another good one. And the prize can go internationally this time. Good one. Will definitely check out this app.
It’s worth checking out for sure 🤘
It’s extremely helpful!
SCOTT ...You're my hero!
😊😊
Thats amazing. I was using multitracker but this seems to go way beyond. i love the configurability and support for lyrics and timing in many forms. its pretty much got everything thats important to me from onsong and multitracker and put into one app. the only improvement i would like to see is an increase in the individual audio files that can be loaded into each song so that i can just mute bass when i have a bass player for instance, but i can get past that for the moment.
You CAN do that 😊 watch the video that comes out on Tuesday.
Great video and explanations! Love the app. Appreciate you taking the time to do this.
Thank you 😊
I am a multi talented guy when it comes to tec, that is cars , homes , you name it I've done it, I'm just learning guitar, and stumbled on your channel, I go nowhere except to your channel to learn , I was just about to get into software and you do this in depth one in 3 parts, I'm glude to the laptop, and yes I'll buy software cause you suggested it, keep up the great work, ...can't wait to see next video
Thanks man 🤘
A great tool for rehearsals, as well as live performances! Thanks.
