- This property, from the front, seemed like a 4-5 hour job - then I went to the backyard. I couldn't beleive how much trash was piled up. Carpets, siding, shingles, A TOILET! You name it. Took 2 days - but the transformation is amazing! I was so proud of this one - and super thankful to have met James, the neighbor. I continue to be blown away with the kindness of the communities I work in.

You know, a lot of us see the downside of social media, and all the evil and bad things that can perpetuate but something like this is amazing. Technology can be used for good. Here you have yourself and hopefully you’ll earn a lot of money because you deserve it you can earn a good living, while you’re blessing other people and helping people that really need it and not charging them what a win-win win situation. And I say three wins, because I also win as the viewer is very relaxing for whatever reason to watch these kind of mowing videos, so the viewer wins as well. Thank you.
And I’m sorry for all the comments, but I just get more inspired the more I watch this video you know what I noticed before James even came out as I noticed how good his property looks. They just says a lot about him as he takes the time and effort to keep up his property or he has someone do it. Either way. It still is effort because he’s gotta have money to pay someone else. The tarp method is a winner. I started doing it when I had huge overgrown lavender bushes. Cut them back. Collected the stems and mulched them for garden cover. Good for everything.

Phenomenal transformation! I especially appreciate your shoveling up the sod from the sidewalk and putting it in a wheelbarrow instead of throwing it in the yard like some do. It can't be mowed or leveled out so it is so obvious that that is what someone has done and it doesn't look good. Bet the neighbors appreciate your hard work on this property! Every time I watch one of your videos with the abandoned houses I always wonder what it was like when people lived there. How it was when it was full with life. All the memories it has. its a bit sad when I think about it. Anyway, your actions bring hope. Thank you for everything you do. Great results !
I actually have those same thoughts… Honestly cleaning up these properties. I have hope that they will be homes again. There are so many people in need. I’ve watched a fair few of these cleanup videos and it rather breaks my heart that so many folk appear to be shocked to near disbelief that someone - a stranger, no less - would freely give their time and effort to help another, to return some beauty to a neglected or forgotten place, and to extend the kindness of a friendly ear and a bit of conversation to another who may be feeling lonely. It’s people like you, Sean, with your admirable work ethic, your kindness, and your genuine, giving nature who remind the rest of us in these too often dark times, that good people do indeed still exist. I don't know how many American mowers there are but I've been subscribed to about 4 of them and YOU are the ONLY one who actually cleans up the grass trash that you make. I also am sub'd to 3 Australian mowers and ALL of them clean up really well and make all areas of the lawn look like a professional did the job. What is it with the other American mowers that they leave their mowing and edging trash on the clients lawn????? I am SO grateful to you that you put the others to shame and do right by the property and/or the person whose property you are transforming.
