Thanks for the video. Great to hear about the process from a recruit. Diving head first into this process for my son so it's a huge eye opener. Very informative.
Thanks Matt!! Really informative.
Hey great video! I don’t know if youtube’s still a thing for you, but really enjoyed this video. Keep it up if your still into it!
Hey Matthew, thank yo for sharing your experiences, this is great!. Can you do a video summarizing your journey since you first grab a racquet? Places where you where coached, with coaches names until you got to Brown university? Also please with your professional goals for the future, if you will not be playing professional tennis? Thank you!
All the best and thx for sharing.
Wow this guy is amazing
college tennis - great content thanks
Thanks for this great video! Do you mind share the resource where we can find tournaments coaches go? And how to qualify for those tournament? Thanks
Thanks for the sharing
do you know what the main differences are in recruiting for an international player looking to go to college in the US?
Thanks for sharing
Hi, good to know but I didn't know IVY league schools offered sports scholarships like tennis. Do you have a full or part tennis scholarship to Brown Univ.? Kindly advise. Thanks.
Hey Matthew, I'm current going into my junior year of High school, I am interested in playing tennis in college, I started playing my sophomore year, didn't have an opportunity to compete after my season due to the restraints of where I live, etc. Currently my UTR is 1 and 1.2, what would you recommend on me doing?
I’m not an expert in college tennis but my older brother (hs senior) has offers from duke and Stanford and he is an UTR 10.67, and I’m a sophomore and I have 5.23 so you’re probably late for an ivy school or something big like that
If you worked really hard the next year you could possibly play D3
what is your tennis level to join the college tennis
What would you have done anything differently (if any)?
Hi Matthew, I was also looking into playing D3 tennis at brown. I am not from the US and I was wondering if coaches were to travel internationally to watch players like myself
If your not the best player ever, I’d doubt it, send them a video of you just practicing
I'm gonna, dominate tennis
yes you are im hoping to the same
My brother goes to Brown.
Brown eliminated some varsity sports. Is tennis at risk to be eliminated?
do you think i should i be in a tennis club or could i get recruited from a high school tennis team
not likely to only get recruited from a high school team, you need to be playing USTA tournaments or club tennis
@@duncanmonnin4307 thanks bruv
