I am a European coach, and I say it works for him, so why change it. It not a beauty contest. But that said, I would straight out laugh at him, facing a player with a serve like that in a match, happy to that small 0,1 percent that can, and will.

Vlad Breazu has such an innovative way to generate spin and pace on his serve using that trunk rotation. It seems he drew inspiration from a baseball pitcher's windup on the mound. As time progresses, he will need to simplify his movements so they don't take too much of a toll on his body.

Green guy shows that pure talent isn't what makes you a viable competitor. But hard work, regardless of what you actually work hard at, will get you somewhere. That somewhere may be losing 1 and 4 to someone who worked just as hard and has actual talent and an eye for at least some efficiency, but hey, at least you got on the court with that guy.

As a rec player who has trouble with all aspects of the serve, it's good to see skilled players struggle too. Women's #1 Iga Swiatek recently re-tooled her serve and she really needs to do it again. Many men and women on the pro tour are still working on their serves.
In addition to the toss, you have to find the right rhythm and timing while trying to maximize racquet head speed. I imagine he tried a lot of motions to get there and found this worked for him for some reason.
