Thank you for your hard work.
I love your narration , it enhances the epicness of Tolkien's books.

The thing with flying the ring to Mt Doom is that no one could intentionally harm the ring so you’d have to fly Tom Bombadil or something.

Well if the world of Arda and Middle Earth of Tolkien happens to be some type of prehistorical or protohistorical times in our world, he makes such AMBIGUOUS STATEMENT that leads into the often confusion and contradiction with a proper apreciation about the richness of his world-creation and lore as it only represents the Northwestern of all Middle Earth continent within Arda but so LITTLE is ever barely acknowledged about all else of Middle Earth or other parts of Arda aside of the blessed alternate realm of Aman in the West.
The misleading and raised contradiction is that, if what it´s developed it´s just Europe in prehistorical or/and protohistorical times before the developing of earliest classical civilizations on the Mediterranean region, then that´s just A PART of Middle Earth, actually just one-quarter of it´s domain which then makes Middle Earth to be a match to temperate to cold Eurasia regions and northern Africa above the Sahara and tropical regions or the Laurasian biogeographical continent in the far past even beyond mankind evolution in all!

I always disaagree with these videos when it comes to the One Ring. Everyone gets it wrong, some more wrong than others, but all of them wrong. But then, Tolkien, himself, got some aspects wrong, failing to always consider what he had "written begore,'" i.e. "That's not what you said in chapter three," sort of thing.

If Sauron or Morgoth are evil then so are their creator

No bro. Tolkien incorporated the concept of "free will" in his world. Aka Erù Illuvatar (God) gives everyone free will including Sauron and Morgoth. So therefore they can be evil and Erú can still be good.

Tolkien always said that there is no allegory on his books, so read it as it is. absolute Free will. Eru did not create all that is, he made reality what the valar created in their music, he was the director but all the instruments has its part

His world creation still remains very contradictory with the historical records even for Europe as regardless on how much alike the Valar seems to classical polytheistic religions before Christianity spreading within it, the whole Illuvatar concept so much in tune with Catholic Christianity match is so much AHEAD on time for it to happen in all. Then another missmatch that makes so unable to properly represent the Middle Earth world as the true world in a far past.
