In a candid interview with Shawn Prez, retired sniper Nicholas Irving reflected on the recent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, sharing his unique professional insights. Irving, known for providing top-tier security services to high-profile figures such as Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, was astounded by the perceived security lapses during the incident. Irving broke down how he would've scouted the area prior to the rally and how we would've responded to the immediate threat. They’re so interesting & helpful to understanding things that you can’t know w/out being able to experience them yourself - in this case (for me) it’s what goes into properly securing a parameter for a particular function. This guy is a class act. Very well spoken, and humble. If you havent yet, and you have six hours to listen to him speak with Shawn Ryan, i suggest you do.
Shawn was asking Nick some of the weirdest questions I’ve ever heard. Being former military and trained, Nick is already on their radar so nothing more could get him looked at. But it’s almost like baiting him to get focused on more. Nick is smart though.

If you payed attention you would have realized Nick uses meters and yards interchangeably. Meters military use. Civilian uses yards.

Great interview. Nick is a, pun intended, straight shooter. Most of the online content surrounding the Trump assassination attempt is fluff speculation by people who are pretty clueless. Nick's insights here about the entire operation are incredibly valuable as they are rooted in having been there and done that. His contextual understanding of the situation is vastly different than the average person's, and he communicates his understanding clearly and concisely.
