I see lots of people crack their windows during a demo or while playing near full tilt... No disrespect SrRAFAGAS but do you watch many demo vids? Most of them I see the owner either always has window rolled down a bit or you'll see them start to roll window down a bit.
I'm not sure if it does or whether it gives you extra pressure from the resonating window "port". I think single digit Hz are better with the windows up. Also my stock door speakers are louder with the windows up.
Back in the day, an audio shop in Ohio built a super flat box with 2" ports all along one side and a plexi-glass front on it. The box if I remember correctly had 6 Rockford Punch 5 1/4s in it and it hit as low as 40hz and over 145db.The whole car was powered by a RF Power 650. The box dimensions were similar to a briefcase... Mind blowing.... It let you know, "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE". I tried numerous times to duplicate it using 4 Punch 6.5s but it was never quite right...

@@austinnicolsonmusic711 no real basshead has ever asked such a question! Of course there's a need. 150 db might be loud to you and that's OK as everyone is different BUT at the same time keep in mind that to plenty of people 150 db is not loud.
