The only thing about the approach I don’t agree with, and I don’t know how educated you are in this or your belief for your take on it? But if someone is dealing with really severe gut issues, kinda like myself one thing we’re not being taught about are the oxalates, and the food that people are ultras sensitive to, especially if they already have a compromised gut. The lectins, etc. and the defense chemicals inside the plants. Which can cause way more issues for the gut versus helping it. What’s your take on this? Something like spinach is actually one of the higher oxidated foods which is not good for people to consume who already have compromise guts. No?
Overall I would not be worried about eating oxalate-containing foods unless you know you have sensitivities to those foods. Processed food, sugars, and bad oils are way more important to focus on. Many of the foods containing oxalates have a lot of health benefits to outweigh the negatives for most people. -LGD Team
