Yay another upload,we are spoilt Sean,I live in New Zealand 🇳🇿 and our plants are soooo expensive, for a one leaf unrooted cutting of this its over $100.your plants are amazing and your knowledge is amazing, your plants are a credit to you Sean 😄well done i look forward to your next upload 💗
thanks for your post. I also like this plant in its juvenile form. I have one too and I will just keep on cutting and propagating to keep it in its juvenile form
Thanks alot Sean. You're my favourite UA-camr and learnt alot from your videos. Hopefully I'd buy this in future couse rn they're prettu expensive here.
Love your videos. How about a care video for Cercestis Mirabelles. I know from a previous video you said it hadn't reached out to you yet. It's calling!! Seriously taking off here in the States and not so easy to get your hands on. Fingers crossed I have one enroute from Indonesia. Would love tips.
Hello, I am on a plant diet now lol. Trying to keep the collection smaller. But at some point I think I will run into it. Especially when they become affordable
Got so excited to know you made a video on this. I love em too. So for those sets with runners, do you snip them off and mount on a board? I'm facing the same situation where parent leaves remain small but producing tiny leaf runners
Had my photos climb on smooth concrete wall and it did with over grown leaves on top. Personally i like as it provides some shade to my plants below it. I wonder if it would do the same for this?
@@onlyplants i really want that plant of yours then. I have been fantasizing on a Bedouin kind of wfh / lounge area and the walls bare with crawling greens like that...
Thank you again for your effort, Sean! Now I feel confident enough to cut mine. It has leaves the size of my hand and out of couriosity I'm waiting for It to develop the adult ones.
I dont find any difference in the health although people swear by dark pots for better roots. Transparent works better for me becasue I am an overwaterer.
Hi, I'm new to plant keeping, I watched your forest floor potting mix video, I've used regular garden potting mix on my newly bought calatheas, is it possible to use shredded dried leafs to mix in the potting mix? (leaves from my longan tree), I'm on a budget.
Hey Sean, your dubias are so beautiful. I tried so hard to force mine to attach somewhere...i tried wood and mosspoles and even walls but they only produce runners and attach nowhere. I have no idea what can i do with that issue or what i am doing wrong 😕
these size up so fast on a flat moss pole, my leaves have lost the silver and are about 30cm long now and the pole is at least 1.5 metres tall and needs an extension.
although i think the foliage is stunning i found this to be one of my least favorite plants also....it is a quick grower for me but i am so lazy with the planking and they get leggy. i always wind up chopping and propping...they usually do quite well for awhile but then they get leggy again...🪴
I think this plant is one of the most beautiful..the uniformity and scale design is just so different from many other plants.
Jo from NZ.

@@sdqsdq6274 spag moss works great put it in a prop container and forget about it a few months

Luvvvv! The little guy’s!! 😍
Nicely explained...👌👌👌
So in other words....let it grow up our wall. 😄 I need your wall. hahahaaaaaa!!
Yes haha they need walls
I just put a rooted 1 leaf node of a dubia on a 1m moss plank since i heard they dont reattach so you cant really change the plank when they grow
Oh yes they dont reattach at all 🥹
Which place you put that cuttings?? Please let me know will try to propogate mine also😊
Ooh I think I show in the episode where the cuttings were right? 😀

I snipped some off, but some of them I just wound round and round the board. Most of these are already climbing the wall now
Had my photos climb on smooth concrete wall and it did with over grown leaves on top. Personally i like as it provides some shade to my plants below it. I wonder if it would do the same for this?
The leaves do not get that big… and I dont think these guys can handle light as much as pothos (which can take full sun)

The adult leaves are so underwhelming hehe. But its a milestone if you can reach that size
On the way cutting my dubia, thank you Sean ganteng udah ngajarin, heheheh 😁
Haha thank you for coming along. Ads nya jgn skip ya wkwkw
Hi!! Do you recommend transparent or dark plastic pots?
Thank you💚
I dont find any difference in the health although people swear by dark pots for better roots. Transparent works better for me becasue I am an overwaterer.
@@onlyplants awesome !! Thank you!!💚
Also what is your name?☺️

Im not sure because some leaves can rot or invite fungus/bacteria. I would stick to the garden soil but water according to the media 😀

I would tie it up and mist the pole often (but try to avoid the leaves). The humidity and moisture will encourage rooting onto the media
@@onlyplants ok, avoid the leaves is a new point for me. thx for that :)

I have a variegated Raph Hayii I need to give it a board I’m doing my Dubai now !
Ooo the hayii is such a voraceous grower hehe
Its cute though. The runners
I LOVE YOUR CONTENT
Thank you 😀
Hello, any updates ?? Or can you do a monstera video ?
I have plenty of monstera episodes, please do look it up on the youtube search bar 😀
@@onlyplants i know them all 😂 i love them, but i meant if you can do an update on your monsteras
Can this grow in leca?
I have a feeling you can, if its a larger plant. You may find it challenging if its leaves are teeny tiny
What's the plant at 12:25 on the left in the foreground?
Thats a coleus. I have a video with that title 😀
@@onlyplants Thanks so much for responding! I should've recognized it. I already watched that video!
I literally put this in my cart last night. 🤣what I'd you used a spatula?

Spoiler alert... they dont need to climb lol. Mines doing great - not climbing

Correct, they require constant pruning, propagating and care
