    Totally awe-strucken! Didn't intend on watching the whole 40+ minutes but did! SouthCoast, hats off to you for your humbleness, you will be rewarded. Second, always knew Fieldres knew his shit, but damn! After watching this, it's obvious he's borderline genius, but he seems genuine. I used to watch his old vids and even followed on IG once, but then he seemed arrogant. I'm glad you had him on!

    i weld titanium in 14 years and it's all field weld, tie in, 100% X-ray all passed> but i never used a trailer gas and it's still the same color you've got. all you gonna do is just maintained clean, clean, clean every time before you started weld that's simple!

    Everytime i watch a welding video, i realize how much more knowledge and info there is to learn in the welding industry, & how ive only dabbled in my infancy stage as a intermittent hobby welder. Holy f#%k man! I never heard of him before, but looking at the comments below, in addition to watching the whole clip (that i wasnt prepared on doing, initially), it’s obvious that it’ll be best for me, if i absorb EVERYTHING this guy says about welding. Thanks for sharing this w/us, guys. One last thing - wtf is that sound at 30:17/18?! Camera man fartn around, literally?! Lol. Have a great day guys. Aloha

    36:33 He's smearing it. Probably not a huge deal but if you're not supposed to brush back and forth doesn't the same apply with emery cloth?

    • @ifitaintrounditurnitdown1735
      @ifitaintrounditurnitdown1735 4 роки тому

      He's using memory cloth first. It doesn't smear like a wire brush does. If you watch, he uses the memory cloth back and forth and the wire brush only one direction right after, then he wipes it down clean with a cloth.

I was wondering if you ever going to make vids using simpler easier to puncture materials like 1x1 square pipes etc on how to fully fuse them together cause I got a client that is trying to get some handtrucks made from scratch using stick welding. Now I’ve only been welding for a couple of months and mostly used tougher material and I’ve been having problems with this even though in theory is such a simple task i will much appreciate it if you ever post a vid on that.
