🤣🤣 if that's the case then some people must be pretty bad!! Lol thanks for the kind words man. It's definitely an art to this stuff. I have great respect for the guys that do this perfectly
Heck yeah man, I am not a sheet metal guy either. You did better than I could probably do lol. Wait till you see how I saved the truck bed floor for my squarebody, oh boy... should have video when the weather breaks.
Your doin great. I totally rebuilt the floor of my 72. It don't have to be perfect. It'll be fine 😊. One thing I do with all my vehicles is load the rocker panels and cab corners up with fluid film. I repeat that process every year. They'll never rust
I liked your video. But put in the entire length of the repair panel, please. Just wasting new metal and leaving old metal rocker that will rust quickly, and it actually takes more time.
@@ataylorcreation absolutely if you got a whole bedside don't do a repair panel if you have a whole bedside much quicker and cleaner putting the whole bedside on
Nice work! Doesn't look like a very fun job. My friend and I are going to have to do some bondo and paint with our '87 Ranger pretty soon, and I'm not looking forward to it. I'll be making some videos about that process, though!
Dreading doing the corners on my charger project...ive got maybe an hour of welding under my belt and body work, hmm, some - man those corners are nice
Looks good man!
Thank you!
@@ataylorcreation That looks better than 3/4 of the people on this platform doing body work, especially the large channels 😂

Dude amazing corners man, well done! Good luck this weekend!
Thank you! I'm gonna need it

Thanks for the kind words! It's not perfect but we are bringing them back to life lol I'll keep a lookout for your next video!

@@MADDOG100ful ok thanks for the input. Does that mentality still ring true for a half panel? Like a lower fender half

If it's a skin put the entire skin on
