Thanks for the comment, I will try and update any good food places along the way. The twin cam 88 in the road king was still offered with a carburetor in 2002. I am unsure of the exact years they switched to all fuel injection but this one is not.

Thank you! Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to tear the motor down and find out exactly what happened yet. Moving on to other projects at the moment but unofficially I think maybe I blew the head gasket and pressurized the case pushing oil out. But I will post a video soon tearing apart the motor and finding out exactly what happened

No the evo is an 80 ci single cam. It did say at the start 88 ci twin cam.

@@ataylorcreation twin Cam began in 2006 and I have an 07 FLHX 97 cu. Inch and I was told 88 cu. Inch was the evolution engine. I must be misinformed

@@ataylorcreation I took it back to the dealership in Billings Montana after 3 days. It bogged down in sixth gear. They said we can fix it. So they put a 103 cu in kit with 511 S. E. Cams K&N air filter and Vance and Hines exhaust. Dyno 98 HP at the rear wheel. Love it and never sell it. It's in my WILL

It’s a Harley Road King not a kit bike. Just curious as to why you would think it’s a kit bike.

This is a 2002 Harley Davidson road king that has been modified and painted.

Thanks for the comment and thank you for the kind words! I would be skeptical of the dyno numbers you received. My bike before the install was on the dyno multiple times and was 121hp. I have not since been able to get back on the dyno but I assure you that your bike is way more than 125hp. I would find another shop / Harley dealer and get it ran just to see what you have. Then after that if you are unsatisfied with the outcome, my suggestion is always ( Fitzgerald motorsports ) in Ohio. You can send him your bike and get it back in perfect shape. Great guys up there and many many happy v-rod customers to prove it. I should take mine up there to get him to straighten mine out but I am a glutton for punishment / enjoy the challenge. But knowing if I mess it up too bad, I can take it to him to get it fixed helps me push my own limits more (hopefully that makes since).

Hey thanks for the comment. I purchased my kit from from ( ttsperformance.co.nz ). Good second question, I will first have to give a caveat: I enjoy trying to figure things out on my own and taking the harder road. That being said, I still have some things to figure out but overall the bike is way faster and still retains drivability. If I was suggesting someone to get one I would say go for it but take it to someone like ( Fitzgerald motorsports )in Ohio to install and tune. once you get it back it will be ready to go! Unless you are a glutton for punishment and want to take it on, then I would still say do it! Just know that anytime you modify you are bound to have challenges that will arise.
