Well, it will depend on what you want to do when you are here, will you have a car? or do you want to get around without a car? Coco Beach is just north of 38th Street and has a lot of condos for rent. Playacar has rentals and nice beaches, it is more secluded and greener, but farther to grocery store and getting around. As far as noise factor also, Playacar phase 2 might be a good option.
Great video on 38th street. Do all these restaurants required reservations or ar they all walk ins? Also when does high season start?
Most of the time you don't need a reservation. High season is from about November to early Jan and around Easter.
