A recent real court case shows how the judge thinks.
A man, while driving, saw an old man on the ground. He got out and helped. He was accused, by the old man’s family , of hitting the old man. In court, he denied the accusation. Here comes the important part, the judge questioned him: “Why did you stop your car and helped him if you didn’t hit him?”
Is that how Chinese judges reason?

I am trained in CPR, first aid and such. During my first days in China I asked how should act if someone got hit by a car or such, where I could help. The advice I got was, walk away, don't look back. If you do help you will be find quilty for anything that might have given that person you saved his life of any complications due to their accident, not because of the fact you actually saved their life

Because of a court case in the past with judge told the victim "If you didn't cause the accident, why did you help him?"

Especially seeing as they are so against their past and I love a lot of it. They are destroying so many of their ancient cities and towns for modern empty cities that will NEVER be filled. Monuments are being destroyed for this from what I've heard as well. They have no respect for the past or their fore bearers.

@@-diggingdeeper4943 They are not so much welcome as they are tolerated - for the money that they bring. Largely because there is so much fraud and counterfeiting in China that Chinese like to go abroad to buy things. That money gets them purchase or "welcome" in other places. That being said, the idea that Chinese tourists are rude and entitled is not an understatement, and does NOT arise from bias or anecdote.
I don't know what it is, whether it's ignorance, institutional racism against other cultures, whatever - but in 9 out of 10 encounters I've had with Chinese tourists, they have acted incredibly rudely and entitled. They cut lines (they'll just go straight to the front of some line and go crazy if called out on it), fly off the handle (go into a rage for no legitimate reason), complain incessantly about everything until they get what they want, which is often services or goods for free, and are hugely belligerent and condescending towards foreigners. This is just the way it is. If you don't like it, then help efforts to counsel Chinese tourists to stop behaving so badly - something the Chinese government has even started doing, because their behavior reflects so poorly on China.
Americans have definitely had a bad reputation in other countries, but it has been quickly displaced by the anger, scorn and dislike people have towards Chinese tourists. Americans might act stupidly when abroad sometimes, but the Chinese are outrageously offensive. Not just to the people in the host country - but to other tourists aghast at their behavior.

The guy charged at me, knocking my table down, and fell on the floor. Looking back on it, I guess some guys would have gotten angry and ended-up in a fight. This should really be something that is required to let any foreigner know before they enter the country. It's the same in Japan mate. If you punch back, the cops will come and you will automatically lose. Even if it is the Japanese person's fault, it will ultimately be your fault by default. For example, a reckless Japanese guy hit a foreign pedestrian hard and the latter retaliated by punching the guy and broke his collar-bone. He ended up spending a month in prison, had to pay restitution, and lost his job. The reckless guy on the bicycle - he's probably still out there recklessly and selfishly endangering people's lives. For another, a woman in Tokyo was jaywalking and an Uzbeki guy hit her on his bicycle. He nearly went to jail and had to pay thousands in restitution. Default - the foreigner is wrong. I call it tribal protection - Japanese call it normal.

This shows your ignorance about western law. Accidentally running into a pedestrian while on a bike falls under traffic laws. Any injuries resulting would fall under negligence and subject to civil litigation (e.g. taking them to court).
But hitting someone in retaliation because you're angry over an accident is NOT self defence. It is aggravated assault. The guy hitting you with a car, bike, skateboard, whatever is an accident, you getting angry and then punching them is a crime. You can't punch someone in anger just because they accidentally caused you injury. That would be the case in any country based on British civil law be it England, America, Canada.
So if someone in a Costco accidentally bumps you with their shopping cart and injures you, are you going to turn around and punch them and that would make it right? No -- that would be ridiculous. You could sue them for injury compensation but you would still be arrested for assault. Get your facts straight and maybe learn some anger management because it's NEVER okay to punch or assault someone over an accident. That's why it's called an accident.

Ok sure maybe not organs harvested (and that's still a "maybe", this is China after all), but seriously, the fact that you're dealing with a people who are often hyper-nationalist, have a strong "saving face" culture where you won't get away with even as little as saying no to a trivial request, where it's ok for them to lie about you and put words in your mouth, where the people have a mob mentality to attack you if you someone says you said something about Chinese people, where gangs and connected people pretty much own the law, in a country of severe police state authoritarianism unto its own people and an even worse outlook on foreigners... all of this, and yet this is supposed to be "good" if the authorities DON'T get involved??? And how much worse still would it be if you're not white???
It sounds like when/if it happens -- it's likely to be absolutely horrible to say the least.

Heck... they even lay claim in their drama (huge brainwashing media) that Africa was once related to Chinese too... In fact, all over the world like Thailand, Burma etc.. how??? They wear those country’s costumes that look like chinesefied and then they will be related from marriages from the chinese princess, or the prince and they are the countries that give the boss china emperor the gifts as a conquered country... Like Korea.
So yes.. “Central Country” means da main country the rest of the world should kowtow to.
