i just got mine today and i got the victory 2 days ago. i had to return the victories because in one practice the heel ripped because of my start. i hope the uptempos dont rip on me

Are these for 100/200m runs or mid distance as well, such as 800m. What is the best shoe for the 800m?

So did they improve the air bubble?
i don't think so. I hear they still "burst" but both pairs are still good for me. I don't generate as much force as the Pros :)

Does it have air technology like maxfly?or is it just foam cushion?
yes to the foam cushions, but the super stiff spike plate makes them return 'more' energy. I do recommend them, but wait for sales for lower prices
@@speedendurance thats great..i love foam cushion more than air tech which maxfly has and theres a lot of complaints regards to air bubbles popping out
@@pokeyou4647 then it makes sense to buy directly from NIKE online, and not a 3rd party store, as you have a 1 year warranty. This is what my fellow athletes do.

i don't run hurdles so I can't comment, but it doesn't have a good heel to land, if that's what you're asking

What different between Maxfly Uptempo and Maxfly
The Uptempo is the latest 2023 model. I like them! But hard on the Achilles, especially Lane 1 on a 200m.

yes, absolutely correct! I don't train in these.. save them for racing! Keep minimum effective dose!
