Mike's info is great! He explains posture and positioning better than just about anybody. This isn't just useful info for bodybuilding, it's useful for every person who weight trains. Athletes can learn a ton on how to properly execute some of the most basic movements they train from Mike's videos. Smart dude for sure, like a modern day Vince Gironda.

Appriciate the knowledge. I can see alot of improvement since i started watching and applying these concepts. Its the real thing. Not worrying about weight is awesome. I feel like im actually doing less and less weight in back training and feeling it much more. Still progressive overloading…Helped me with awesome pumps and awesome size gains.
Where were you 20 years ago? I thought I was lifting right. Lol. 2 weeks of implementing your techniques on locking down and creating mind muscle connection rocking on tension, I have seen more improvement than the previous 20 years of lifting. Sweet!!! It’s back day for me today. Always like Mike’s training advice on movements and muscle engagement cues. I can honestly say that my back has always been my weakest body part and took me the longest to really feel each part of it working. I’ve felt it even more since using his advice and have made even more improvements. Always appreciate the humor in his videos. Keep it up Mike.

Thank you for your videos, they helped me improve a lot! I have a video suggestion, or maybe just your advice, because maybe you have experience with that. I herniated my disc(L5-S1), and i was wondering if i should stay away from squats, deadlifts, generally workouts that compress the spine? Extremely funny episode 🤗😎😂 clitoral spine and spatulas rock! But… I disagree with notion that guys with great backs necessary know better how to build them than guys with much less impressive backs. There are many other factors involved. Genetics, PEDs administration and responsivness, logevity of joints, ligaments, tendons are some of those more important. There are guys that may train with the worst technique imaginable and still quite effectively built massive back, while other genetically disadvantaged need to master and optimise their technique to its limits to be able to aquire back half the size. But they may also stay life-time serious-injury-free.
