very simple clean easy weeknight dish, I subbed in coriander for Thai basil and used bone in thighs, I also added some red pepper I had lying around which helped with the veg count.

Just made this and it was amazing. I added a cup of the Bird's Eye Oriental Stir Fry frozen veg in with it, so there was some crunch too. Will be making this again, maybe with some prawns I think.

I've tried this recipe yesterday... I didn't have the Marion's kitchen sticky chilli ginger sauce and as I did not read well, I misunderstood the ginger lemongrass.. So instead I've used the sweet chilli and lemongrass sauce but it still turned out a delicious food!! So thank you so much for sharing your recipe...
