Yo this was great I just finished Along with the other 30 minute video 30 minute body toning and strength from three months ago. I like to do 30 minute with the dumbbells and then another 30 minute HIIT without the dumbbells every morning.
Every time I don't feel up to working out I come to this page, find a random video and just start. Maddie you also push me and put me in the best moods!! Thank you for the CONSTANT motivation!

Love it when warm-ups and cool-downs are built in to workout. I tend to skip those if they're not included and I know that's not good. Variety was good too for whole body workout.
