- Assembling an RPM 3 rotor. It’s a semi p port 3 rotor. Large street port with D port exhaust ports. 5 half inch goopy studs the rest OEM size studs. Two one piece dowel pins. Rotating assembly is lightened, side clearanced and balanced. Engine is fully powder coated.

Created a potential leak between front plate and housing by contaminating the RTV with assembly lube. They don't mix..!
Question, why are you only RTV the threads, not the shank. I work on aircraft, threads are the last thing we want it covers with sealant. If the shank can go through this easy that means it has some gap, so we use sealant to seal the gap, and also create a cushion work as a soft bushing. Is there a reason why not putting on the shank?

Best 3 rotor engine build to watch is the 3 rotor billet build by promaz. This video engine builders looks like a mediocre 😁
