- Is the country’s energy sector in a better state? DOE Undersecretary Wimpy Fuentebella says there have been improvements in the past year including increasing options given to consumers, the micro-grid systems act, the push for renewable energy sources, the interconnectedness of our power grids, and other technological developments made possible by private sector-led industry and growing foreign direct investments.
