- On June 4, a 2000-people-strong mob torched an ambulance burning three people alive in the Iroisimba area of Imphal West. The ambulance was taking 7-year-old Tonsing Hangsing, accompanied by his mother and aunt, to the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Imphal.
Tonsing had suffered a bullet injury to his head and could not be treated at the Assam Rifles camp in Kangchup, where the family was taking shelter along with the others from their village.
Tonsing’s father Joshua is a Kuki, while his mother Meena (40) and Lydia (37) belonged to the Meitei community. In view of the ethnic attacks, the family decided it would be safest if Tonsing was accompanied to the hospital by his mother and her friend.
The ambulance, however, was waylaid by civilians at Isoisemba and set ablaze, killing all three.
Over the next two days, Joshua ran from pillar to post to learn the whereabouts of his wife and son. In an exclusive interview with EastMojo, the 45-year-old shared his ordeal as well as what transpired on the fateful day and the tragedy that followed.

One thing i have known from this violence is that the meitei are not sparing even their own people and killed the mother n her meitei friend too. The meitei mother n friend inside the ambulance must have pleaded many times to leave them but were not spared by the meitei mob.
It shows how evil they are from inside and no amount of repentance can cure this evil.
Whereas on the other hand, the tribals are looking after meitei kid, parents left away by meitei and they are taken care of.
Thats the difference between a Tribals and a mainland valley people.

While the protest was going on, the Anglo-Kuki war memorial was burned,then some of the protestors who were returning from the protest were waylaid by the Meiteis(I don't know which Meitei, meitei civilians or the radical Meetei Leepun/Arambai Tenggol) This conflict could have been stopped easily from day one if the state forces were unbiased.

We already know the horrifying news the same day according to the person we telephone, the ambulance was burnt by meitei mob while the mother and son was inside the ambulance.
The ambulance was burnt around 200 meter away from Lamsang police station, it is a total failure of law and order, how could a human being be so cruel? At first i thought they mustn't be aware that the mother was a meitei but it was an intention, the words they said was "You don't wanna burnt so you convert yourself into Christian faith,now you will be burnt and that's how they burnt them alive along with another meitei adult" this inhuman news was informed to the husband by his wife parents.
The child was hit while he was inside the Kangchup Assam Rifle Camp and Joshua Hangshing narrated that they were attack by Meitei militants whereas the state media and CM N.Biren singh claims to be an operation against what he called Kuki Militants nevertheless the fact stands "A state-sponserd terrorism against the Innocent Kuki" .
The Manipur Commando and IRB aren't allow in the hills anymore so what are they exactly fighting against from the Manipur valley? Is it against the Manipur hill tribal? Even when media reports the injured or deceased meitei they pictured as "Village defending" but if you look closely where the place they died and where the deceased is from you'll get the picture quite right! The whole media has been feed with lies, the internet has been shutdown in the Hills to stop the truth from spreading but it's partially accessible in the Valley! Such inequality has been going on for so long. Thousands of them could've been in critical condition but JNIMS, RIMS is there at Imphal, where would the tribals take the victim's of meitei terrorism? There's no adequate equipment in the dist. Hospitals! There's two University in the state MU, DMU but both are in valley yet the VC issued that normal class will be resumed soon! Funny thing is that meiteis are not aware because Internet has been banned for a months and what i heard from one of my meitei friend is that "no!, there are no dead for kukis that much ". 😂 I'm from different state and what I've seen is most horrible torturous dead were from kuki tribe. Saparate administration is the only solution
After all the trauma and tragedy he's gone through, till today God Almighty gives him the strength to express his agony to the world. Invariably painful...unstoppable tears, irreplaceable loss, unforgettable events. The atrocities of the meetei mobs and the govt.is beyond humanity. Justice! Justice!
How can they do that meetei community have no humanity i cant belive they have no religion???
If they want to fight really we request the central government please take out all police army and para military we fight civil war...till the last
No more peace without seprate administration
There won't be any separate administration.
So we should stop attacking each other
Meitei people say no separate administration all are one but practically they are inhuman to their nighbour call them all kind of name. And committed a inhuman crime that a world ever go through.
