'Manipur Conflict is Well-Planned, Funded and Executed By People in Power; Obvious Who They Are'

- In a bold and defiant interview, where “people in power” are repeatedly accused of planning, funding and executing the conflict in Manipur, which, in turn, is said to have started with deliberate coordinated attacks by Meitei groups and their instigators on Kuki people, the highly regarded Director of the North Eastern Social Research Centre in Guwahati has said “the conflict was well-planned, funded and executed with precision by people in power”. Although Father Walter Fernandes repeatedly refused to identify who he meant by “people in power”, he, nonetheless, left little doubt he was referring to Biren Singh and the BJP in Manipur but, at least, on one occasion he also seemed to include the government in Delhi. Father Walter said it was “obvious” who he had in mind. When The Wire pointed out to Father Walter that he was specifically not denying he was pointing the finger at Biren Singh and the BJP in Manipur and, possibly, Amit Shah in Delhi, Father Walter kept quiet, thus clearly suggesting he was not denying it. When The Wire said to him he was saying the people who rule in Manipur and Delhi are responsible for the conflict in Manipur Father Walter replied “it comes to that”.
The first half of this 45-minute interview to Karan Thapar for The Wire reveals aspects of the crisis in Manipur that we are not aware of and which clearly suggest that the origin and cause of the problem is possibly different to what we have so far understood. What I feel sad about are the Meiteis villagers who were the first victims on 3rd May evening. It all started in Churchandpur a Kuki Christian dominated area by burning the Meetei villages around that area. Everyone seemed to have forgotten that in the blame game of RSS/Hindu extremist/ Hindu vs Christan etc etc... Who is taking their side?? If those Meetei houses were not burned there won't have been a major reaction in Imphal. That violence pushed the mob. I don't know who has preplanned what but think where it started first. I have waited for 60 days and more and it is beyond my logical thinking on how such a conflict can go on in such a tiny state with a tiny population compared to so many parts of the country. With so much technological advancements and intelligentia I am baffled to see that the violence cannot be contained to this day. People are left to kill each other and die. For me this is one of the most objective conversations I happened to come across on what is happening in Manipur. Also a well grounded account of truth spoken. Despite being deeply disturbed by the sufferings of our people in Manipur, I refused to share any piece of information available so far. But this needs to be shared ... Let there be a well informed mass awakening to reality..
Understand that from 2014, Ram Madhaav of RSSS was visiting Sri-lanka and made TIES with Bodu Bala Sena (BDS) outfits of Sinhalese Buddhist organisation ...same like Hindutva organisation....and then this cult Raam Madhav of RSSS, he gave all insights, Inputs on which Sinhalese Buddhist behind all Monks, Buddhists they started targetting all Muslims & Christians in sri-lanka from 2016 onwards and spewed Hatred, Enemity, "Divide and Rule", regressive policies at union etc.....whatever happening in India........

Now I too felt, there is someone or maybe some people very greed n ambitious for riches n power ⚡that he / they should always/forever hold to reign the innocent poor of this country n enslave under their thumbs, that's a very insane n dangerous. Even when the meitei MLAs lost trust in the present Govt. and have expressed it to the Center, the continued reluctance of the Center to impose PR in Manipur clearly shows the involvement of deep state.

The people of Manipur are making it difficult for anyone to help...the kind of armed weapon they are using, disrupting the army from doing its duty...we should also help the country to help us...one group is enjoying reservation..when other group gets it they object...with sco, American State visit n all that to help our country to reach a position where it can negotiate,Manipur should atleast give up arms...this issue has always been simmering in Manipur its not the doing of any political party...Indian crab attitude at its best...please give up weapons and stop killing ..I mean both sides...share the land with everyone...which Era are we in...same state but there are areas that cannot be accessed all😢
