In dividing numbers in scientific notation, we do not have to worry about the numbers having the same exponent. Simply divide the coefficients and then subtract the exponents. If the product has a zero before the decimal point or has more than one digit before the decimal point, re-write the number to get a single non-zero digit before the decimal point.
