      Thanks! I'm glad you like it. Yep, that tip was a game changer at least for me! Few days ago I was thinking how to improve the recipe and I thought that if I dip the steak in butter it could taste better! HA! Luckily I saw your video! Cheers

      Thanks for the support! T-Bones are packed with flavor, they are for sure one of my favorite cuts. Hopefully I get to catch a sale as we rarely have them here in Finland! I'm glad you find the tips useful. Take care. Cheers 🍻

    Reverse sear!

    • @PitmasterOntheWay
      @PitmasterOntheWay  3 роки тому

      Yes! I like very much how it works with a steak! Ofc there is nothing wrong with direct grilling, but reverse sear takes it to a whole new level! Have you tried it? Cheers 👍

    1) come puoi parlare di trattare al meglio una bistecca cosi prestogiosa ,avendo la griglia così sporca?! 2) non era meglio mettere meno bricchetti negli angoli e usare due porta carbone in modo da sporcare la griglia centrale solamente?3) la griglia deve essere in ghisa hai pure un bbq con GBS. Piccola tips metti prima il burro poi il pepe nero e non farlo arrivare ad incendiare,mettine di meno😉 cit : the italian pitmaster 😂
