I appreciate that they put a TOS mode in. I hope they will add a TNG mode into future updates or sequels.
If it sells well, you can bet on it.
I assume they're holding back on TNG for possible DLC. That would get me to buy it I think. Since I don't know anyone else with PSVR though, and it seems like it's mostly fun playing with friends, I'm not getting on it quite yet.
It would be nice if they could do several layouts from various eras. The 1701-A bridge in Star Trek V is also a fan favourite that unfortunately didn't get used outside the like 40 seconds it's seen at the end. They intended to use it more later but there was a flood or something that damaged it to the point a new & different looking set had to be built for VI.

This looks like a ton of fun. They should have allowed people to play with PCs on screen vs. requiring everyone to have VR headsets. Could be a fun party game.
I actually love this game it was so fun playing with everyone. It's very important though for people to listen to the Captain

Finally got to try PSVR. Absolutely incredible. My only problem was I got motion sickness really badly while playing Resident Evil. If I had more time with it, I think I could work through that sickness. I also let my friends try it out and they had a hell of a time. Such a great community experience.
it looks like movie when you casting leader by your team,that`s amazing,bit like you say,its really frustrating because you know how use more command for ordering what every people must to do,really great experience

You convinced me to get the PSVR and this game! I'm a huge Star Trek fan and this looks like a blast! Now that I think about it Star Trek may have been an influence on me being on a submarine in the Navy.

I love this game!! I have it on PS VR. Last night i was playing missions on the classic Enterprise and it was AMAZING!!! harder than the more modern one but the classic original one is by far the most awesome for me right now. Highly recommend!!!!

I tried this game for the 1st time on multiplayer yesterday and I love it. One of the best VR games to this day, I believe. I don't believe that's the case, but if you need someone to have a full crew, I'm willing.
Never played the VR element, but bridge crew is such a fun game if you’re a Trek fan. Played it off and on for over a year and even got the platinum trophy! I’d love to play it in VR once the new headset releases.
I've only played a couple of the campaign missions with AI so far. After a few more missions, and when I feel competent on all the stations, I'll jump in for some multiplayer action. It's great that I can play this on the Vive with friends who have Rift and PSVR. Can wait to jump in an give it a go.
Multiplayer is so much better in VR and at the same time so much worse. For me multiplayer is all about the people you are gaming with and their personalities come through so much clearer in VR; for better or worse.
Anybody know if you can play online with random people on this game or is it just friends

I haven't tried VR yet, but I'd like to try it. I just don't get people that dislike VR so much that they try to talk others in to disliking it and stuff, but I guess people are like that with more then just tech, I'm actually interested to see if there will be any new VR related stuff shown at E3.
I'm not big into Star Trek or VR, but this game does look like a lot of fun.

They should make it a team battle. one group is the Federation. Another group, Klingon. Another group, Romulan, etc...
This Star Trek game is one of the first VR games I want to get, and first Star Trek game I want to get in a long time!!

Renan & Larissa Por Ai you can Use DualShock or move, and I think vr is optional, but recommended
Damn... I HAVE to find a way for my brother and I to play this together.
I can honestly say this game is a system seller for PS VR, Occulus, or HTC Vive (btw this game shares everyone so you could be playing with PC people or playstation people). Its a must buy even if you don't like star trek! But i do.
idc what console or if it's VR. I like hearing your opinion on games. I don't have VR but I trust your opinion and you've only said mostly positive things. I still remain skeptic but that's because I haven't used it and when I see people flailing around saying it really feels like I'm thinking no but I'm still open to trying
You should try VR when you get the opportunity for sure. It doesn't matter what you look like wearing it (you're not that insecure, come on), you get an awesome gaming experience in VR. The real issue for most is the price tag.
Dude! You HAVE TO play classic Star Trek Enterprise ship. Its mind blowing how cool it looks. It is tougher but i believe your ship is a lot more durable. (Although you can't disrupt enemies).

Have you tried farpoint happyconsolegamer? You will like it. Just make sure your first time playing it is with the aim controller gun
Is there matchmaking in this game or do you need friends who also have VR? My friends are cheap...
In case you are still waiting for an answer on this, there is matchmaking, but you can find yourself sitting around for ages waiting for all seats to be filled, then someone could leave because they can't select their favourite station.

Hi, I'm visually impaired and love Star Trek, and I play this on the Meta quest 2 and am loving it, but I can't tell you how many times I been kicked from lobby's all for being on stand alone Quest 2 and it can be frustrating when the blame is put on you specifically, and I started to do solo missions more and more cuz of the harassment, but now I managed to find a squad and we work well together. The game DOES encourage teamwork, and I am learning alot of life skills from this game, like keeping your crew up to date if you're the Capt. or learning to be fast when at Ops on the Enterprise-D. I do hope more vision accessibility comes to this game, specifically on the Aegis as it's blue on blue and white, where as the D is already large print and high contrast.

I have zero interest in Star Trek, but hearing you talk about this game reminds me of how my friends and I play other games, and I think we'd have a blast with this if we all had VR headsets.

I am a huge, huge, Huuuuuge Star Trek fan, to the point of that the only thing I haven't watched yet is TAS but I am currently going through it.
Though there's a lot of Star Trek games I haven't played however, but yeah!
Being poor, with a laptop that's basically on it's last breath, that was released around 2008-2010... Is.. Suck.
Especially after Star Trek Online announced they're ditching DX9 support back in March of this year ;_; sniffle.
Hahaha my first multiplayer mission was the Kobayashi Maru unknowingly I selected random and we got it the entire ship laughed at the end because we were all surprised 😂 I was Captain and it was my first Captain mission luckily I got everyone out
it's a good start but still not ideal. I want a massive open world but not MMO type of star trek game. where like resident evil 7 it can be completely vr or not, but first person running around an entire starship with decks, crew quarters, etc. u need to manage sim stats like hunger etc. and u have positions. just u and a group of friends filling out all the major roles of a cast on star trek with AI that can do simple tasks that the human players can order around. that's what I want. I want to be in vr walk out of my crew quarters to meet at the mess hall or Holo deck....red alert goes off, Borg attack, captain calls for senior staff to get to their stations....we run and all of a sudden Borg beams in and phaser fights erupts. etc. with the Friday the 13th type of communication where u can only hear each other if u are close or if u have a communicator.

Star Trek Next Generation,, Deep Space Nine and Voyager, those are series that I watched while growing up, but Star Trek: Enterprise I hated, as they abandoned the culture of shows I watched before .

Do you wear a seatbelt when you sit in front of your computer? Starships have their own artificial gravity. How else can they go "warp speed" and not have the crew turn to puddles of blood and goo on the rear wall? XD
yes that is the theory but if you've ever watched the original tv series when they are attacked the crew is always falling out of their seats... if they had seatbelts this would never have been an issue.. poor old dr bones had to always patch up the crew because of lack of seatbelts.

this game is absolutely stupid, i wanted a solo game with modern star trek but no, i have to play with other people other then the kobiashi maru test. or i can use the original star trek ship, but they don't explain how the buttons work so you kinda feel like what the hell am i doing.
I wish they recreated scenes from the shows/movies, seems like it's just generic scenarios.
