    Love this! I detected some Body Break vibes at the end ;)
    I do a mix of yoga and HIIT (cardio and resistance) to keep me in SUP shape.

      Great blend 👏🏼 HIIT is so fun and Yoga is great for SUP, especially balancing poses. Tony and I started adding yoga into our evening routine. 🧘🏽‍♀️

      Absolutely! Paddle boarding can be what you want it to be and look whatever way is fun, enjoyable and accessible to you. One of the reasons I love it!
