Beautifully done. Good inspiration for a new project. Lately I have been listening to other peoples melodies and trying to replicate it and ending up with something completely different. I make all my melodies in A Minor and transpose once I got the rift, pattern and right notes
A month;y trance arp session on the cards I think 👍🏼😎 learning that way is always the best, ending up with a completely different idea is always a good thing.
Hi Demis, Love watching your tutorials. I am currently using Cubase LE 10, (won't be for long), just wondering what is that feature called that shows up the notes that are not in the scale?
Hi Demis, when you use the mod wheel and the sound changes dramatically, how do u save the mod wheel effects in the midi / playlist pattern like in fl studio.?
Hi Demis. I swear I saw you comment on a jp 8080 vid. Do you have one? I just picked one up. Would be awesome if you do and could do a vid on it. I could be completely wrong lol 😆
You will learn more if you copy the notes that he made, to your piano roll by simply watching this video. It will take longer, but at least your brain will be working.
Your detailed series on ARPs, chord progression/ music writing, and Acid are educational and much appreciated!
I think the idea of producing an arp-video every month is great. Thx Demis!
Appreciate it 😎 there is always room for an arpeggio or 2
You are the master of arps!
And spirits are now uplifted to the 9th cloud and above and beyond ;)
Going to get back into trance this weekend
Go on see ya next month 👍🏻
Arps are my archiles heel so am soo keen for the monthly arp tutorials!
Sound design and notation work hand in hand when create a good arpeggio. 🙂
Awesome! Keep the Arp melody videos coming.
Sure will, they are a popular watch 😎 I enjoy creating them too
Finally a good video on arps, rather than just write them as decorative elements. Thank you! Love the progression
There is always time for a good trance arpeggio 😎 appreciate your feedback Cero 👍🏻
Great vid, thanks Demis. I'm gonna try and recreate this in Vital using LFOs
So clear and easy to follow - nice job. Thanks.
Yeah man, bring it on! It's always insightful to master this technique!
Cheers dude 😎
Expanding my knowledge with your help. Thank you
Great to hear Hernan 😎
Love it. Can’t beat a good trance arp. Defo given me a few ideas for my latest track
Great to hear that dude 😎
Hi Demis, Another level of creative & amazing notes combinations. Excellent Tutorial!

This sounds really good. 👏🏻
A new, simply and amazing tutorial. Thanks so much Demis.🙌
Appreciate it thank you 😎
Terrific Mark. How is the bass done as it seems qlmost a different patch to the melody. Each note has rhythm
Man, this is so epic and besutiful sound ♥️♥️💯
Reminds me of exodia - 825hp
Thank you for this Demis, another very useful tutorial that will help me build melodies. Cheers!
Thanks Tom, appreciate the support in my work.
This is fantastic ! Thank you
I love programming arpeggios in any form of music but always felt a little guilty about it, for some bizarre reason. Loved this video.
You can have too much of a good thing 🤣
Great stuff, you not taking students at the second mate?
Currently not at the moment dude. Got some serious work load on at the moment.
I have seen your email today, I will get back to you. 👍🏻
Yeahhh, really great work too! 3x Thanks!

Scale assistant and it can be found in the settings the left side of the midi window.
Sounds nice !
This is amazing mate!!!!
Thanks 😎 appreciate it lot.
Spotify producers should learn about advanced arp production, specially in trance since it’s a pillar of the genre.
Need this song!
So do I, I’ve not made this into a track. 🙂
I have over 20 Softsynths and the only one I use for trance is
Dune 3
@@Tarbash7364 why Dune 3 ?
Another awesome video. Thank you for sharing. What's the synth / sound you're using there ?
Dune 3 and the preset is Party Swarm DH from my newest dune 3 trance leads sound set. Here…

Marvellous
Which “instruments” are you using? Are they in the sample you are proposing?
Hi Demis, when you use the mod wheel and the sound changes dramatically, how do u save the mod wheel effects in the midi / playlist pattern like in fl studio.?
Hey, Demis, I know all my chords, but what are some good guidelines for making arps that aren't too notey and too boring and predictable?
Hi Demis. I swear I saw you comment on a jp 8080 vid. Do you have one? I just picked one up. Would be awesome if you do and could do a vid on it. I could be completely wrong lol 😆
I did indeed comment on a video on the jo8080 however I do not own one yet mainly due to lack of space in the studio. It’s only a small space 🙂
Maybe in the near future if ingest lucky with studio space. 😎
@@demishellen yeah. I just got one last month. Sounds so good.
The classics always do 🙂
10:29 Minor
Mayor 11:00

Can you give us midi file?

He is showing everytthing. Try for yourself. Trust me on this one.
Copying will be sure more helpful for you as it will help train you brain and naturally create more arps and better arps.
Want to make god arps? Just do this this and this! What?
