Even though I'm not interested in teaching abroad, it's still helpful for anyone looking for a new job! Burnout is so real and everyone deserves a job that cares about them! ❤
Exactly! Having a list of things you want and will not negotiate on are so so important no matter the job! Esp overseas people can be taken advantage of bc they don’t know better so it’s good to talk about these things 🩷
Loved this video girly! I take so many notes as I am prepping to hopefully go back. I seriously admire your honesty and motivation to manifest a good school and be strict on non-negotiables
Thank you so much, I’m glad you found it helpful! I learned so much after my first job and was not going to experience that dread and burn out again 😅 Truly manifested my second job, apartment and life 🥹 I always feel so grateful that I stuck to what I wanted!
FOR REAL. I would get anxious at my new job if I didn't feel well bc I felt so awful and rude for even feeling sick, and they were so kind about it....like hey just go home....I was shocked!
Hi jules, do you have a email i could contact you if I have questions… i want to teach and am ready to go, but am over whelmed with recruiters n schools. I have so many questions and looking for any guidance
@ may i ask what recruiters you used and or websites to apply to schools? And general wisdom regarding handling recruiters? Some recruiters make me feel rushed…
@ my biggest advice is follow your gut!!! If you look on my UA-cam shorts I have a videos discussing my recruiter red flags! I would def check that out! Stay picky (but reasonable obvi) and trust your gut! Recruiters will reach out to you and you’ll have LOTS of options, esp in the next few months more jobs will open bc the new school semester starts in the end of Feb/beginning of March! So don’t be discouraged if you don’t love any jobs at this moment, come December January even February jobs will OPEN!
also I have a teaching playlist on here talking about how I found my job and other options! I posted my resume on Dave's ESL Cafe and recruiters reached out to me!

@@_ZOFIA thank you 🤍🤍
Your second job sounds like an absolute dream. If you wanna hook a girl up, I’d love to potentially apply there in the future.
I worked at LCC in Songpa!
@@julesrei0I can’t find it online. Do you know if they’re still open? And how is it written in hangul?
